The whole experience is so luxurious but results-driven at the same time. I had an amazing refresh facial with Tatiana! She took the time to assess my skin to make sure all the products she used were safe and effective for me. She made me feel so comfortable and even massaged my head and hands (I loved this extra detail). My skin feels so much smoother and brighter. This is my first review ever, but I felt I had to share my experience. I paid $390 for a facial and woke up the next day with pimples all over my face. I reached out multiple times to Isabelle, but the customer service was disappointing.

A friend received a lower quote for the same service, which felt unfair. I don’t want to put down the aesthetician, but her sweating made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about her working on my skin. I hope this helps others make an informed decision
