Folsom palace is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the entire greater Sacramento area. We got the BBQ pork buns, lo mien noodle, and Szechuan beef (pictured). They all tasted like homemade Chinese dishes, bursting with flavors from different regions of China. The dishes are huge and are meant to be shared with others so bring your appetite and 16 people. I was sad to discover that this place was not actually a palace, but it still looked nice inside. The staff were super friendly and were running around like crazy. They served us and the palace well. I didn’t realize they have three locations (palaces?), but this one was rated the highest. I’ll be back!

Incredible food! My family and I have been eating here regularly since this location opened and, after more than a dozen visits, everything has been perfect. Whether we order takeout or if we dine in the food is perfect. Service is always fast and friendly and the restaurant is clean and beautiful. Truly lovely experience and I recommend it to everyone!

Decided to try this place last minute and did did not disappoint! The customer service was awesome and the food even better. It is a little pricey but the portion are worth the price. Each plate has enough to feed 2-3 people. I highly recommend the lemon chicken if you are a fan of sweet and sour chicken. We will definitely go back.

Enjoyable meal.
The food was tasty. We had the 1/2 Peaking Duck and the Birds Nest. Both were on the Chefs Special. Both were excellent. The potsickers were tasty, BIG, but a little doughy. We will be back to try more items on the menu. It was pricey but we did order that way.

Folsom Palace has excellent food! Every fish we try is outstanding and rich in flavor. This is my new favorite for Chinese food, nothing else comes close. Will be back frequently, make sure to call ahead it is busy for a reason!

After our favorite Chinese restaurant closed 10 years ago, we have not been able to find another Chinese eatery that we really liked, after trying many. I heard about this place, and we are so glad we tried it. The food is superb. We started with pot stickers, then went on to the walnut prawns, cashew chicken, and vegetable fried rice. Nothing was too oily, everything was fresh with well balanced flavors. Service was excellent. It is located in a strip mall, but the decor is fresh, clean, and attractive. I highly recommend this place and we will be coming back.
