Great experience with John. We bought a refurbished 2019 Artesian Spa. Great communication, delivery haulaway, spa chemical pack, etc. John did say he’d come by and answer any questions and check on the installation, but haven’t seen him yet.

We recently purchased our second spa from Blue Lagoon Spas. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional while helping us with the spa selection that suited our needs. His business model is helpful, inviting and personable. He stands behind his product, even when spa is out of warranty. His prices are a fraction of what other dealers offer. An additional plus is that the spas he sells (Turbo Spas) are made in California and stands by his product and name. We have always recommended Blue Lagoon Spas to our family and friends. By the way, the showroom is fantastic!

I agree with the other people who gave Blue Lagoon and John one star. He agreed to completely refurbish my two-person Marquis spa. On its return, the "refurbished" spa leaked and most of the jets did not work. Good communication ended when I paid him the balance due.on delivery. Over several months after delivery he fixed the leak and some jets. But all the jets still do not work. Over those months, he made several appointments and kept only a couple of them. More often, he left me waiting for him to show. I'm really disappointed because, as others have said, he seemed very knowledgeable and responsive up until he got paid. After that, unresponsive and disrespectful.

I’m New to the hot tub world.
John & his staff have been extremely helpful & informative. I had lots of questions and they took the time and patience to address each and every one. We live 1 hour away from his store. His customer service, honesty & willingness to help, we knew then we wanted to support this business.
I would recommend his business and have recommended his business . He also gives you lots of helpful tips.
I feel that he’s there for the customer and their satisfaction.

John and his staff are awesome to work with. They are very helpful and have a lot of parts for older spas in stock. I got a brand new cover for cheaper than I could on the Internet plus I was able to keep it local.
