First, LAUREN.. is amazing! But I had an amazing experience at this nail shop and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel so welcome. The customer service was top-notch, and the entire atmosphere was warm and inviting. I especially want to highlight Lauren—she is truly incredible! She worked wonders on my feet, not only giving me a beautiful pedicure but also alleviating the pain I’d been dealing with due to ingrown nails. Lauren’s expertise and care made such a difference, and my feet feel like they’ve been completely revived. I’m beyond grateful for her skill and the overall fantastic service at this shop. I’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve given a review for this SALON in the last couple of years and it’s time for an update.

My daughter also frequents Venice Salon, and she gushes about Lauren. I’ve tried to book with Lauren in the past, but I am a same day or next day kind of Client. Lauren has a very busy schedule because she’s popular and so it just hadn’t worked out until today. I booked several days ahead of time and was able to get an appointment with Lauren and I have to tell you I’ve not had a comparable pedicure in the last 30 years! Every every single thing was perfect. The massage, the pedicure itself, the gel French manicure is the best I’ve ever had, attitude, conversation, cleanliness and sterilization. I work in the beauty industry and hold a very high standard and expectation, and she exceeded every bit of it! I highly recommend the salon to everyone that I know and even more so I recommend Lauren. You won’t get another pedicure like it in the metropolitan, I can assure you of that!

I’ve been here a few times for a pedicure and a spa massage. I look forward to my appointments every time!! The staff here are very kind and love what they do. I’ve had services from many of them and recently with Lauren who did an exceptional job. She took her time with a nice foot and leg (below the knee) massage as well as my nails. I’ve never been to another salon but won’t be looking for one. Highly recommend.

I love this place! They have the most inviting environment and don’t get me started on Lauren! She is amazing! She seriously should be surgeon. I have bad ingrown toe nails and she got them good and made my toes feel soooo much better. She has a great sense of humor and she even gave me a birthday rose. Such a sweet lady! ❤️❤️

I get builder gel with Chi and she is AMAZING! Beautiful shape and my nails still look flawless after 3 weeks! I come regularly for pedicures as well and always have a great experience. The salon is clean and lovely and the staff are all friendly

This place is a gem! The staff is always so sweet and cheerful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I always go to Chi for my nails, and she does an amazing job every time—consistent, detail-oriented, and flawless. Today, Alex did my pedicure, and it was really great—firm pressure and very thorough. Honestly, no matter who’s available, I always leave with a great pedicure. The shop is spotless and inviting, and they even offer drinks or snacks during your visit. As a bonus, it’s conveniently located right next to a wonderful coffee shop!.
