I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I pay $300 for 6 sessions of underarms hair laser removal , at the end, they did 11 or 12 sessions (I didn't pay extra money). They offered these because I haven't good results. I called them to request my money back because I have to shave my underarms still. They never called me back. By the way, they change their address!

I come here for laser hair removal. The nurse here is so sweet and takes her time. The prices aren't bad either.

Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good place to do laser hair removal. They use the soprano laser which is great for deep skin tones.

11/2018 - I was going there for weight loss and saw the doctor 1 time out of 4 visits. They are extremely disorganized and couldn't even call me before my last appointment to tell me they needed to reschedule because they all took the day off! When I told the receptionist they just lost a customer, she didn't even try to retain my business or seen sympathetic whatsoever. Do not buy their Groupon for Botox or weight loss. They have 2 offices at the Mercy Ct. Location and both are very unprofessional.

They don't even deserve one star, they dilute their products horribly. I went in about a month and a half ago got 20 units on my forehead, it only lasted about a month and half now I'm a half month in looking to go else where for more botox injections, don't waste your money with this place they are a fraud. I'm only 35 with minimal wrinkles on my face, my forehead was the only thing that was really bugging me., hopefully this is helpful for some knowing my age.

They scheduled an appointment on 11/20/2018, and when I show up, and they said that they don't have me down on their appointment. I left, and called and spoke with Rachel, and learned, that all of the previous Staff/Employee walked out from the job. They got my information mixed up with other patients, and as well got my treatment remaining mixed up as well which I am pretty upset about this since I paid for the treatment. (Rachel keep finger-pointing to different staff for different information - Vivian, Sophie, Jonathan Martnitez, Monaye, and Nadale. I'll be there today for the appointment, and to find out if they put the information straighten out. They also mention the previous staff have all of patient information on the piece of papers, not on the computer, and right across building is migrated with this business, and they are engaging information from paper and electronic into one system. Such Mess, bad Experience. If they doesn't resolve anything, I'll go straight to BBB and report the outstanding issues.

Loved LOVED LOVED Cynthia and the Botox I received! I have had Botox several times at different offices, spas, and Plastic Surgeons. By far THE best results and experience I ever had. No pressure to do other procedures and all my questions were answered! I also still look like ME!

They heavily dilute their botox. They make you think your getting a great deal at 11.00 per unit, but not true. First and last time I will go here. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
