I went to Serenity Spa, and It was absolutely fantastic. I had a great time getting the 60 Min Skin Ritual done by Victoria. She’s absolutely amazing, and gave me some great steps on how to help my skin out. Overall it was an excellent experience. Will be back soon!

I agree with a few of the other reviewers - I received a lackluster massage. I’ve been to many different places for massages - high end and medium. One of the other reviewers said her service was similar to Massage Envy. I have to agree - although I had a better massage the one time I went to a Massage Envy. Oil was cold. Table cold. Never asked about temperature. Hot towels left on feet way too long. Kicked them off. Towels left on the floor when I left. Never really felt taken care of from entry. Other services never explained. I wanted to like the place for the yoga etc. but just didn’t like the atmosphere.

When you first enter the spa, you're greeted by their retail store, which features a wide array of merchandise. Once you check your escorted into a 'Zen' room, handed an iPad, and told to relax. As I began to unwind, I noticed that everyone was seated in this same waiting space which was unusual. Unfortunately, a loud and disruptive couple entered shortly after, making it impossible to relax, and the staff encouraged their behavior, even laughing along with them. My treatment room was just down the hall, directly across from the noisy couple which wasn't sound proof as I could here the front desk staff talking and people going in and out of the store. Already frustrated, I was hoping the therapist would provide a redeeming experience. However, she completely missed the mark. After asking for slightly more pressure and realizing that even a third grader could have done better, I gave up and just wanted the whole experience to be over. I really wanted to love this place.

this place is an absolute scam. The owner calls herself a guru and put is so much toxic stuff in my daughters head that she had to be admitted to the hospital because of a mental health crisis. She's not a guru she makes everything up. Do not trust this place. They took a teenage girl against their parents wishes and indoctrinated them into a bizarre healing ritual and took her away from her actual mental health therapists run they should be shut

My sister treated us to the “birthday” special. It was absolutely wonderful. Melissa was my esthetician and she definitely knew what she was doing from the facial to the massage while the peel was on. Jenny was my massage therapist who was able to really get to my tight shoulders and neck and made it feel good! From the moment we walked into this spa, we felt pampered. We can’t wait to return!
