I have been going to Perception Salon for many many years, I moved away at one point, and I tried other upscales facilities who was offering the same services that (Perception Salon ) offers and there was absolutely no comparison , at all. Perception is unique in his own way, The staff are amazing they’re knowledgeable. They are efficient and they’re super polite and uplifting, There customer services are outstanding and to me the customer service is very important as I have been
in that field all my life. If you don’t have a good customer service, the experience won’t be so amazing. I definitely recommend Perception to anybody who wants to be treated very special and want to receive upscale services by knowledgeable / skilled staff members. You won’t be disappointed.

Summer is the absolute best. She did all my laser hair removal treatments and honestly made the process fun. She is so sweet and honest with what she does and will recommend her and perceptions to everyone I know. Perceptions owner and staff made everything so easy and were very understanding. If you're thinking of going to any other Spa than Perceptions, you're crazy. I'm telling you, they are THE best!! I've never had such a wonderful experience than those ladies, and men, at Perceptions. The nurses do everything in their power to bring out beauty in you that you've never seen before. I've never felt more beautiful at 63. You can't beat the costs. They work with you, no matter who you are or how much you can afford. Get yourself the Alle app, and start acquiring points. Also, Cherry Finance makes it possible for anyone to look beautiful. I love Nurse Jen and Nurse Susan. A special shout out to Skylar, the skin specialist who will make you look 10-15 years younger. I'll never go anywhere else. I love this place❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Excellent experience all around from consultation, services provided, to outcomes. Very happy with my microneedling results. Staff are competent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful of your goals -- and what I mean by that, is I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't need, or was not interested in, but also have given me solid advice and honest feedback on the best options for what I'm trying to achieve, and having realistic expectations. In my opinion and experience they prioritize quality over quantity and I find this establishment to be a trustworthy provider of esthetic services.

Jennifer does an Amazing job ! She takes time to answer and go over any questions or concerns you may have! She does a great job with her placement for Botox! Takes time to look at your muscle structure, marks areas needed to get the results you want!
I’ve seen Suzanne, Jennifer and Summer and they are all very good at what they do!

Reception area personnel are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have received such relaxing facials and always leave feeling refreshed, and my skin feeling smooth and supple. The nurses are professional and very knowledgeable. I respect their opinions and appreciate their honesty and the fact that they don't jump into procedures that are not needed. The entire staff is incredible. I have purchased products that I love, as I can definitely see the results in keeping my skin in excellent condition.
