Staff is friendly, location is clean. I asked for a gel manicure, technician told me she was going to do "gel dip" I said okay, not knowing what it was. She brought acrylic dip. So just regular dip... Then she started filing my nails (my nails were not super short when I came in, just average clean length) and she filed them down to what you see in the picture. I am now stuck with bulky, short, alien looking nails. She did not do a great job cleaning them. My pedicure looks okay, but not great either. I haven't found a spot that does a great job since covid happened, super disappointing because this stuff costs a lot.

I went with my cousin Oct 12th. Let me just say AMAZING. I have nails bitten to the nail bed. They have been like that since I was a toddler. I have never had extremely excellent care and experience till I came here. I still have my nails on and usually they fall off with in a few days a week max! Nope not these nails. I am rocking grown out nails that literally just this week started to fill loose. I am a loyal customer of these amazing women. I will not go anywhere else. My husband approves the work done and my experience he's totally cool with adding this to the budget. I'm booking ASAP to get a fill to continue my nail growth journey with extreme care and positive vibes. I 100% recommend this nail salon.

Today I walked in to have my gel polish removed. Ended up having a manicure with basic polish. Rose did a great job and is very nice. From the conversation I had, the shop has new management around a year ago. After going through the reviews, you can see the improvement of the reviews. So, give this place a try.

I went today asking for chrome nails just basic chrome nails no color! The nail tech filled 1 hand and tried to start coloring after messing up 3 times they had me sit at another booth where the next lady had to finish fill my nails and try to fix the hand the other lady did. After being in the shop for over a hr for just a fill. I told her to just make them clear after she kept forgetting to file fingers. I will not return they are to unprofessional and they definitely need more training. Prices are to high for the work they put out.

Want your nails BUTCHERED? Well you found the place!

I came in with great nails, left with them completely destroyed. Unbelievable. They have no idea what they're doing.

If you hate your nails, come here and you'll hate it even more. Pictured is what they called "done". 🤢🤮

Oh, and then they wanted to charge me ANOTHER 5 to fix their own mistake

They're very gentle on my wife's nails. She has very sensitive finger nails and she likes the compliment them for not hurting her. Amazing selection of colors. Customer service is great. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.
