I came in as a walk-in and was seated immediately. The spa was very clean, which was nice. Service was good. The reason for 3 stars is that I walked away with 1 cricket nail and a bunch of acrylic all around my fingers. When I asked the lady if they had something to get it off, she said just wash my hands. But I had just washed and tried to get it off with no success. But overall, the nails look good besides the cricket nail. These nails cost 55$

Went in as a walk in and everyone was great and accommodating. Spent 3hrs getting a pedicure and acrylics. The pedicure was great, only wish that he would have massaged and used the hot stones more and let the wax sit longer otherwise it was great. He did hit my big toe when putting on my sandles and i did not notice until i went home that the polish was off.

Now my acrylics is another story, at the time while getting them done i kept pointing out things to fix but it was too late she already ruined my nails. She did not go all the way up to my cuticle and did not see the sides of nail until i pointed out that she missed both sides of every nail. I left irritated and annoyed but did not want to cause a scene. The side by side picture was taken as soon as i got home. The rest are taken today 10 later. My nails now look even more horrible. They look like i attempted to do my own nails. They look extremely grown out. Paint is chipped on every nail. My nails feel loose and will probobly fall off in less than a week. If I would have known the quality I was getting I would habe never stepped foot in there and wasted 80 bucks on me time. And even more so, im embarrassed to let anyone see my nails cause they look like garbage.

Susan did a fantastic job! It was my first time here, and she did exactly like I asked. Just like the picture I showed her. Very friendly, clean, and professional. I'll definitely be back and will ask for Susan again.

This was my first experience at La Vie, & I was very apprehensive bc it's been an extremely long time since having my nails done. Fortunately the staff & my entire experience was great. The woman (Susan) that did my nails gave me just what I asked for, & did a beautiful job. The prices are reasonable as well, I paid $40 ($45 w tip) for a full set w gel polish. I will definitely be returning to
La Vie & would highly recommend giving them a try.

We did a drop in, a fill for me and a gel manicure for my daughter. They seemed a little bit uncertain when we showed them pictures from Pinterest of what we wanted but they were able to make it happen and did a great job quickly and with a smile!

Update 10/18: They have done a great job so far with ongoing Pinterest challenges. I'm in love with the mood color changing polish, it's gorgeous in all stages cold, warm or in-between.

I had a great experience here getting dip natural nails with Kati twice, and I would recommend her. Unfortunately though, I made the mistake of asking them if they did eyebrows and got my eyebrows done here. This is the reason for my 1 star and why I will not be returning. I only asked for a clean up for my eyebrows because they already have a natural shape I like, so that’s all I ever ask for when I get them done, but to my surprise I left the salon with a patch of the bottom of my left eyebrow missing. It was so irritating because I was shocked as soon as I got up to look in the mirror, and the lady who did them was acting like there was nothing wrong with them. She tried to tell me all she did was a clean up, even as I proceeded to show her that the chunk of my eyebrow missing was evidence that she didn’t. I could feel that something was wrong when she applied a lot of wax on that eyebrow, and I wish I would’ve stopped her then. If you don’t have the expertise for eyebrows, just literally say so instead of screwing people over. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done so many times and I have never had any issues with someone waxing the middle of my eyebrow off, so that’s just so unacceptable. And the worst part was the fact she wouldn’t acknowledge that she did anything wrong to me. I was so dumbfoundedly angry afterwards, that I just paid and walked out. I’m annoyed because I like the nail tech who has done my nails, but I refuse to ever give this salon another dime. Eyebrows were also ridiculously priced, but I paid to be kind even though I really shouldn’t have paid the full price if anything. Just never ask them to do eyebrows if you go here. Stick to the nails.
