I visited for a work trip. Rooms were recently renovated and clean. The front desk was friendly and attentive. For a hotel of this size the gym was very well equipped. Having the restaurant and bar in the lobby was also a nice perk, especially for grabbing a quick breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a decent size and clean. We asked for extra towels and the front desk brought them to us right away. Location was perfect as it was near many restaurants and gas stations for convenience. The only thing about the location is that you have to drive around a very long center divider just to make a u-turn in the direction of the restaurants. In total, the experience was good.

I stayed here for two nights to take the bar exam at the Roseville location. Staff was friendly and finding parking was easy enough. The biggest issue I had was that the walls were extremely thin, so I woke up throughout the night to loud noises coming from upstairs and other rooms. I requested to be put on the top floor, but there weren't any rooms left. It may not be the best place to stay if you're looking to get a good night rest.

This place is a dump. If you are looking for a dog friendly hotel, as this place advertises to be, please be aware they will charge you $150 (~ $200 a night for 2 adult humans +$150 for your dog). The pricing for dogs is not readily or easily available anywhere during the booking process because the property intends to capitalize on this as a money grab.

On top of that, the rooms are terribly small and very poorly cleaned.

I’d steer clear of this place. I’ve stayed in hostels that are more comfortable than this.

If you’re looking for comfort and a place that actually takes comfort into consideration, you should search elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel several times for work and there is a serious mold problem. we had black mold so bad in our room that the wallpaper was peeling off and it smelled. same the next time I came. smelled like a gym locker room. empty alcohol bottles down the stairwell and entire hall smells of mold and sweat. was not allowed to change rooms so I walked out. was told a manager would reach out regarding a refund and that has not occurred either despite calling. do not stay here.

Room is wired. The fan is very noisy. The night stands are too small to put your phone on them. The AC is a mess. It’s not working. Last night was chilling, and no matter how much I tried to bring up the temp, it was cooling the room. The breakfast is bad! I just paid $19 for a McDonald size frozen breakfast burrito, warmed up in microwave and put in front of me, and a coffee. Breakfast is bad here.

I was here for a work conference... Didn't stay in the rooms... But the grounds... Conference room and dining areas were ALL very well taken care of and maintained.... Staff was very helpful, kind and willing to assist however... Great location and easy access to many things... Highly recommend for business or personal travel...

The room has no amenities. No clock, microwave, trash can and very dated. Save your money, never stay there again.
