Out of most of the hotel chains I've stayed at, I feel like Courtyards seem to be more comfy than the rest. i haven't stayed in a 2 bedroom room yet, but I love how the king bed is up against the bathroom shower wall. It makes the room feel less crowded. The only thing I would change would be to add a microwave to the room. That would be clutch for heating up food. The negatives I have with this place is the food in the Lobby you can order is really expensive. You are better off finding something down the road to eat that's half the price. The other thing is that they clip you $10/day for parking. Pretty lame in my opinion. But maybe this is what hotels do in Rancho Cordova... Aside from this, the location was great and close to the freeway. If you are looking for places to eat nearby, there is a Mexican restaurant across the lot and then there are some restaurants on Zinfandel both ways.

The three ladies serving breakfast were very kind and enthusiastic. They brightened my morning with their positive energy.

The breakfast was carefully prepared and efficiently served.

The only suggestion would be to cook the bacon a bit softer and reduce the salt content, which would make it even tastier.

Overall, it was a great breakfast experience.

I stayed here for two nights, believing that parking and complementary breakfast were included, as stated during the online reservation. When I was checking in, I was told by the front desk that breakfast wasn't included. At the end, the front desk decided to fulfill the complementary breakfast. On the second day, same thing went on, no complementary breakfast. After going back and forth, the front desk decided to fulfill the breakfast again, which I did not accept, as I felt that I had to be begging them for food. The point is that if they offer something, when making the room reservation, they have to make sure thats what the customer(s) will receive. nstead of going around the bushes, doing this to customers. The hotel staff was nice and professional at all times.

Fantastic stay. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The hotel was quiet and the pool was spacious. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and believe it should be ranked 5 stars. Highly recommended for any travelers.

Last night, I stayed in this hotel with my three children. Overall, this hotel is good. It is a rectangular building with a small garden and swimming pool in the middle. The environment is good. The service attitude is also very good. Moreover, such a large hotel only has an elevator in one corner, which is very inconvenient. In addition, this hotel requires a parking fee of 10 yuan and no free Chinese food. Their Starbucks breakfast is a bit expensive! The room is not very clean! The bath towels in the bathroom are not very clean! And there is no free mineral water in the room, and there is no napkin in the room! Also, the air conditioner in the room was really noisy! Plus, the hotel is close to the highway, so it was noisy even when the door was closed at night. I didn't sleep well last night...

Staff is great, room is exceptionally clean! My only complaint is the $150 incidental hold, I’ve never paid so high in my years as a Marriott customer, that will keep me from returning to this location.

Outstanding service and room. Demonstrated the quality I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties. I overheard the housekeeping manager briefing his team, the details he went over were impressive. They really are dedicated to an attention to detail.

So I'm going to be completely honest when I say I feel like I didn't get my money's worth here. I stayed at the best western right next to the marriot for a few days then came here only to feel like it was a downgrade and that should be embarrassing for the marriot. The TV in the room was an older flat screen that was smaller than the TV in the best western I was in, interior looked older as well and it doesn't come with breakfast. I had phenomenal breakfast at the best western next door. I had a conversation with one of the best western staff about how I was surprised that the rooms were better than the marriot and they explained that it was just renovated. The only reason I like the marriot is for the bar because I received excellent service at the bar and the drinks were great. No, I don't work for best western, I'm just shocked and disappointed that I paid more to get less at the marriot.
