I had concerns when I pulled up to this hotel for my reservation but I had called and the manager was AMAZING on the phone as well as the front desk receptionist. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiling faces and you could tell there was some upgrades taking place. I got to my room and it was GREAT! It had recently been upgraded and I honestly have no complaints. The partially sunken bath tub in the floor was my favorite and it was so big. My room was clean and there was not a smell at all. I will definitely stay here again!

Literally the worst hotel. They say they are pet friendly then take $50+ from your deposit If there is any sign of dog hair in the room. Had to call my credit card company and dispute as well as file a claim with the BBB. There is crack heads and tweaks screaming in the parking lot. Do your self a favor and spend the extra $20 a night at the best western next to them. Best western does not charge you fees and it's safe. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place is nasty. There is rat bate box's EVERYWHERE. When we got into the room, there was crumbs and hair all over the bed like they didn't even change the sheet from the previous guest. The pictures makes this place look way better than it is. We ended up not even staying here. Was not about to check if there were bed bugs cause I'm sure there were. It's not 100% disgusting but I'm not sleeping in that bed.

Money was taken off before we even came upon property. Then they refused to take our card for the deposit. Receptionist said that they couldn’t refund and that we would have to contact third-party with your take a week upon calling his manager. Finally, we explained the situation and she tried to pull the same thing telling us that we couldn’t go to the room even that was paid for because she couldn’t take the deposit off of the cash app card claiming that hotels no longer take it and we know that was bull because we had stayed at best Western and they never had an issue. She finally let us in the Room with the condition that maintenance or housekeeping could enter the room at any time to make sure there was no damage to the property. Looks like a very nice place the outside inside is awful room smell like smoke TV is fuzzy. They turned off the water with absolutely no notice would not recommend anyone.

I enjoyed my stay there. I had a large room with a king-size bed. The mattress wasn't the best but I slept. The room appeared to have been remodeled. I really was impressed by the size of the room. The bathroom was large with a mid-sunken tub (only way to describe it). The tub was pretty cool. All 3 employees I dealt with during the stay were nice, engaging, full of suggested ideas abouty future stays, having any amount of ice you may need, just great people. It's not a luxury hotel but the room was nice & pleasing and the employees were absolutely great so I will book this hotel again.

i wish i can give this motel a 0. While booking and checking in there was no pet fee mentioned to me btw i book my stay for 7 nights. I would always go to the front desk to get a new key because my room door wouldn’t accept them after the one use. My dog is a Lab and he alerts me when people are in front of the door, when i opened the door the house keeping lady kept saying “ the dog almost attacked me” in spanish thinking i didn’t know spanish. I defended my dog because he was away from the door when i opened it. One day my key wasn’t working and the front desk lady said there was a complaint about your dogs and tried to attack one of her employees. She said she’s going to charge me $25 a night per dog. I WAS SO MAD. Nothing online or was told nor there’s nothing in the office that says about pets. They shorted our night because we complained. I got my $100 back from the deposit but then i checked my CC statement they pulled it out again?!! I have stayed in many hotels and never had this happen to me. Will never come here again…. so many crackheads. DONT COME HERE

The AC was a life saver. The pool was kind of dirty but it didn’t bother us we still used it for several hours during our stay. The bed, not so great I’d recommend a mattress topper maybe? I appreciate the drop down bathtub. The breakfast was different but we appreciate it and will bring for road trip home. FYI there was some paint? splatter on the in room coffee pot so I didn’t use it but got coffee from the office so no biggie. Overall if I have to come back to Roseville I’d check in here again specifically for the price and the pool.
