I stayed there in the last week of Nov, 24 for 4 days. They gave me a room with a sagging bed which was really uncomfortable. The front desk guy in the morning shift and a girl in the evening shift were rude to me. Both of them shouldn't be working in the hospitality service. I requested housekeeping for my room and nobody showed up. I went to front desk to take some towels and the lady gave me only one with a very unpleasant behavior and said they are still doing laundry. Try to avoid this trash place. Wish I could give them a zero.

What you see is what you get. Unfancy, simple, clean motel with a free breakfast and a view of the freeway.

Seems like a popular place for construction crews to stay and some guys were being noisy and smoking cigs right outside my door, which made my whole room smell like smoke for a while.

Overall decent place to stay if you’re on a budget. It met my expectations.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel and left within five minutes of checking in. The overall experience was highly disappointing, starting with the parking lot, which felt unsafe, particularly at night. The front desk staff were uncommunicative and gave our group an uncomfortable feeling upon arrival.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by an unpleasant odor, resembling sour milk and cigarette smoke. The room appeared to have not been properly cleaned, as we found stains on the sheets, hair in the bedding, ants in the bathroom, and what appeared to be rat or cockroach droppings under the bed. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

When we checked out, the staff member at the front desk simply gave us a thumbs-up without asking about our stay or addressing any concerns. Additionally, while loading our belongings into the car, we noticed a man on the second floor watching us closely. As we left the premises, he was standing just a few stalls away from our car, which further added to our unease.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The photos on Google are misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the property.

Not sure why they have low stars, they had microwave, fridge, iron, coffee maker, bed was comfy, everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing. No lame cereal and muffins. It had eggs bacon waffles fruit all the good stuff. Would stay again!!

My room was sold to 2 other people in the middle of the night, and they tried to break into my room, the night receptionist was rude and didn't check that the room was rented. I was scared and felt unsafe, was afraid to go out to my car to leave. The shower on the upper floor leaked down into my bathroom, which flooded the floor, and mold on the wall from the previous water damage not fixed, phone did not work, no hair dryer, coffee maker didn't work, I have stayed at this location many times and NEVER had this kind of problem. I spoke to the morning staff, and the male (name?) was rude, I asked for reimbursement or some type of compensation, and was told "NO". I am very disappointed since I have used this location many times since May 2024.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was horrible.
1. The AC was very noisy! we barely had any sleep here. avoid rm205 if you are staying here.
2. The room is dated and dirty as well, there were garbage under the bed headdress. I took a video and forwarded it to front desk when we checked out. (I rather not share it publicly here).
3. The pool is filthy! leaves are all over the pool and it was not cleaned even once when we were there.
4. Aside from the front desk, other staff don't really speak English (or Spanish). The housekeeping staff needed to use a translator app to communicate with us.

I don't recommend this hotel.

Very clean rooms! The check in was quick. Everything in the room worked. The breakfast had good selection 3 types of sausage.

Stayed for 2 nights and AC broke down on the second night. The lack of working air conditioning in our room made our stay extremely uncomfortable for my wife and kids, especially during a 100 degree heat wave. Hotel was full so we could not switch to another room and reception staff even said at 10PM that we could check out if we preferred. Maintenance personnel brought one fan but it did not help much. Everyone was sweating before going to bed and was unable to sleep properly due to the heat and humidity. Management was not present so we emailed them after check out but have not received any feedback.
