The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious, beds are very hard . No pool which was a huge let down . What really makes this place are the employees they are all great, welcoming eager to make your stay pleasant always willing to give you suggestions on local food and activities. The young man who works 3rd shift with the long dark brown hair, I believe his name is travis really went out of his way for me when I was having some blood sugar issues. I will forever appreciate it he is a credit to your team and a truly kind soul.

The grounds and lobby are very nicely maintained and pleasant. The room itself was clean and well prepared, with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen stove, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really terrible so I actually got a headache. I might bring my own pillows next time I stay here.

There is no alterations to a reservation if it is withing 48 hours of your reservation. You are forced to leave it as is or eat the cost for the room plus tax. Doesn't matter if you scheduled the reservation for a day before and made a mistake in something. Not a good policy.

Besides the lady that greeted me at night long haired blonde lady everybody else I talk to you wasn't very courteous or very attentive I just kind of saw me as a problem being there in front of them. I was very surprised that the breakfast option was a list that you made the night before and you picked it up when you suggested the time in the morning. The first morning I walked down to the counter the coffee was practically empty at 8:15 am and there was no one standing at the front desk and there was half a cup of coffee left in both pots total. So I went to Chick-fil-A instead.

Be aware..being a pet friendly hotel, the rooms really reek. The first room I was assigned to, I had to leave immediately as the urine stench made my eyes burn. Vicki changed me to a different room that smelled like a cat box, but I sprayed disinfectant, which made it easier to breathe.
They don’t tell you, but there is NO HOUSEKEEPING!! I requested it directly from Vicki but was denied, so every night I had to request towels from the front desk which was a pain.
Don’t even think the breakfast is anything but a joke. The offerings were scarce and they were always out of eggs and bananas. Imagine that 😏 Next time I will stay at the Hilton which offers FREE PARKING.

I wanted to give them a higher score but they charge you $20 a day per vehicle to park. The rooms were nice but the breakfast is not good. I just wish they would include the parking in the price of the stay instead of making it a surprise at check in.

I stayed here for 11 days for a work trip. The rooms were a little dated but the hotel overall was very nice, the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and the vibe was rustic. I would definitely stay here again!

Two nights stay. Nice bedroom area and living area. But the bathroom! The shower rod is set 4 inches inward from the top of the shower. I'm|Small and the shower curtain hugged me the whole time I showered. My husband is a big guy so I can't imagine how he felt. That's gross. Fix it and you'll get more stars!
