Great hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Microwave & frig in room. Hairdryer, body lotion, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner & body wash in the shower. Great espresso machine in lobby no charge. Good breakfast in the morning & from 6-9pm, free nachos in their little bar, beer & sodas.

Ben who works the front desk is always just a ray of sunshine. We stay here whenever we head down to Cali. Nice to see a happy familiar face when we arrive. He definitely makes you feel like you are somebody rather than just another nameless face. I appreciate that. So if you need a clean affordable room and like myself hate dealing with third party booking apps or numbers that still send you to someone not at the hotel location. I’d highly recommend calling and booking a stay here. When you call you may just get the pleasure of speaking to a young man named Ben.

A real disappointment. I was there in July and had a very good experience. This time not so much. Room reservations made at least a month in advance and when I tried to check my reservation the day before and make sure they had it correct I got zero response. When I arrived they didn’t have the room I had reserved. We made it work but it was very inconvenient. I was given a note for a free glass of wine. The window wouldn’t close all the way so I was woken up at 5:00 am with freeway noise.the room was only cleaned once so we had no coffee in our room two out of three mornings. The breakfast was very good as usual and the lady attending to it was fabulous. Apparently this hotel allows large groups of people take over any public space for private get togetherness. In July they had some sort of family reunion and they allowed the| pool and hot tub to be taken over so no other guest could enjoy it. When they finely left the pool was so filthy they never did get it to clear up in a week. This time Soccer teams took the entire hotel over. The unruly behavior with adults encouraging the kids to “Have “ fun was awful. The breakfast area was a mob scene… but the woman in charge handled it beautifully. We just found a table and waited the mob of loud unruly people to leave. It’s apparent why children think they are untitled the way these parents let them behave. Then they were allowed to run around screaming and yelling up and down the hallways banging on people’s doors at 9:00 pm…. And this hotel let them do it with no consideration to other guests. Never again. For over $180.00 a night I expect a much better experience and I didn’t get it this time and there won’t be another time. I will be looking for a new place who won’t allow this kind of behavior. Such a disappointment

Carpet next to my bed reeked of dog urine. Clean the next day. 24/7 noise from fans drying the cleaned carpet next door caused me to change rooms. Bathroom electrical outlets didn't work. Fixed. TV reception was poor in both rooms, with only three channels available. No NBC. Third floor elevator broke, so I lugged my suitcase down three flights of stairs. On my last night, I was awakened after midnight by loud partiers on both sides of my room. Lost sleep before driving by myself 300 miles home that morning. The only thing I liked was the breakfast bar, where staffer Robin was delightful. The front desk manager promised to discount one of my seven nights. I was given only a $27 credit. I'll never stay there, again.

Cleanliness and overall comfort was great. My reservation requests were honored. Breakfast had numerous options of good quality. Pool and whirlpool were clean. Front desk personnel were friendly and attentive. Even though this is an older facility, I appreciate their efforts to stay updated. Convenient location for my intended purposes.

Positive: Beds were comfortable and room was very clean! Negative: The breakfast was horrible. Eggs dry, no choice of good breads, bacon SO FATTY that you can?t call it bacon! Yogurt in a machine! Really?! No choices of anything and sadly, it used to be the best place for breakfast with good raisin bread etc.

Had a great night here after seeing a show up at Thunder Valley Casino. This hotel has a great hot breakfast plus a happy hour and lounge set up. Room was comfortable and clean but hotel is next to freeway.

Stayed here for one night traveling on my way to Washington. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff do a great job with the upkeep. The highlight of the show is the breakfast. Top tier for the price you pay to stay there. Everything was fresh and well stocked. The cooks there do a great job and love what they do. If you stay here DO NOT miss out on the breakfast
