I went in for a hydrafacial with Edie a little more than a week ago. I had never had this treatment done before, however, I am a licensed cosmetologist and am up on the latest trends. I have read a lot about the treatment and have watched beauty vloggers performing the treatment. I know what the treatment consists of and have heard nothing but good about the hydrafacial md treatment. Everyone loves their skin after the hydrafacial and my experience was absolutely different.
I made the appointment, Edie was nice and easy to communicate with. I came in for my appointment about 10 minutes early as Edie was finishing up with the previous client. I was greeted and brought back for my service on time.
The service started with a manual cleansing and manual extractions, no steam. I didn't feel like the cleanser was removed from my skin all the way. Then the hydrafacial began, my nose wasn't treated and I felt the majority of my face was minimally passed with the instrument if at all. The treatment ended 15 minutes early leaving me feeling like I needed to wash my face. I paid and went out to my car feeling really let down and like I just threw away money.
I left Wine Country Day Spa and literally drove straight to a reputable location that offers the same service and made an appointment.
I emailed Edie 6 days ago regarding my experience and have not gotten a response.
Save yourself the disappointment and schedule this service at another location.
I am only giving 2 stars because she is nice, even though I still have not gotten a response.

Edie is extremely kind as well as talented with facials and waxing. She’s been in business over 30 years and really knows what she’s doing!
