I felt COMPELLED to write a review for Rubys but it’s be a public INJUSTICE not to tell people how.. good.. this place is.. let’s start with the made in house bread! The bread is of the highest artisan craft and then they go and slap in house house made sauce on it, the finest meats and cheese! Don’t they me started on the coffee! They a REAL BARISTAS brewing real coffee on real espresso machines and the end result is pure and utter indulgence perfection

Hands down Ruby’s is the BEST bakery in town. Lodi is lucky to have such a wonderful gem. The staff goes out of their way to greet you with a friendly smile and “welcome in” every time you visit. Everything on the menu is delicious. My husband loves the sugar buns, today, I got the fresh strawberry pastry, both of which were divine! And the coffee here is superb! My favorite drink is the vanilla almond milk latte.
We frequently eat lunch here too the deli turkey sandwich is huge and delicious. The homemade pickles and freshly baked bread send it over the top.
If you are looking for a great place to visit Ruby’s hits all the marks.

They shout a loud, joyful welcome when you get in, and serve you delicious pastries, amazing baguettes, fresh salads (with croutons out of this world), or a creamy ricotta toast.

Holy smokes this place is absolutely delicious beyond all reason! Everything I tasted was just fantastic! The egg sandwich the latte the pastries the avocado toast! Every is top notch! Love it
