I get donuts delivered consistently and they always give us the wrong ones and are delivered in unsealed random bags today was the most ridiculous being delivered donuts in a reused pear bag

I'll be straight to the point.
The order was not what I asked for. The lady managing the front sort of hesitated when I walked in to pick up my box. She did not tell me that the order was wrong. She just handed it to me really quickly. I only found out that the order was not what I ordered when I got home. She had stuff whatever she wanted in there. Some of the donuts were not fresh and the dough was a little dry. Never going back.

The lady at the front desk took her sweet time on her cellphone. She didn’t even acknowledge we were there. She spent a good 5 minutes giggling, before she actually came and attended us. When we went to pay she slammed the box of donuts on the counter. I should have checked the reviews first. Never coming here again. Very rude service!

Horrible Customer Service Experience here. Today was our second time going. The first time it was also horrible customer service but I thought it was a one off, maybe the lady working the counter just wasn’t too friendly. Our experience and today when non African American customers came in she was very friendly and even asked them if they wanted to eat their items there or to go. She never gave us the option. She was rude, quick to the point and seemed not to want to serve us. Although the breakfast sandwiches were good, they weren’t good enough to spend money for poor and unfriendly customer service. It’s funny how you accept our money just the same but treated us differently than the non African American customers! Two thumbs down! Will not be back! You never know when you entertaining an angel. Food for thought.

When I got to the store at about 630pm at night, there was no one there. I walked through the door and the super loud ringer went off and we walked to the counter where the donuts were. The Asian lady with larger ears looked at me then slowly got up and went behind to the kitchen. She didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. She then goes to her rice cooker then flips her rice very slowly while I'm standing there waiting to be helped.

After about 5 minutes of standing there she finally comes up and says hi in a low tone like she doesnt care. She was slow to get the donuts. Once I picked all my donuts I gave her my card then she rang me up and said thanks. She didn't offer to give a receipt and just left. I had to click the option looking upside down.

Overall bad experience. The donuts were not good, I know they're not fresh but they tasted bland. I would not recommend this place, it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth and your mind.

Terrible Service! The main lady in there is always rude! We get a dozen donuts every Friday morning and she never gives us the donuts we request. She literally ignores your order and just gives you random donuts. And she will give you the expensive donuts you don’t even ask for and charge you extra. Extremely frustrating! Unfortunately Galt is small and we have limited options! Or else we would go somewhere else!

Ordered two dozen variety donuts for delivery, to feed the crew doing work on our house.
Eight of the 24 donuts were maple bars😑 The remainder were a mix of glazed, cream-filled, jelly, and chocolate (no sprinkle donuts as requested).
The donuts arrived quickly. But when I bit into a cream-filled chocolate donut, there was a hair baked into the dough🤢 Would not buy from here again.

This place does a lot of things well, and here's my take after 4 visits. If this is your shop: anything that comes across as critical is only one person's opinion, but I'm a good customer, so hopefully it's constructive!
Donuts: 10/10. Great taste, fair prices, enough variety in the standards.
Breakfast Sammies: 10/10. Really good value, mine have been tasty and wholesome, real food.
Customer service: 9/10. Very efficient gal you have there, and kind. Probably room for some extra smiles, but on the whole, very pleased.Also, when she got my drink order wrong, she replaced it with a graceful attitude.
Decor: 5/10. The myriads of drink posters on the wall look dated and are kinda confusing...but honestly, who cares?!
Boba tea: 5/10. Here's where the real room for improvement and satisfaction lie. The tea itself has tasted weak to me, both times I've ordered a black or green tea based drink. I wanna taste the leaves! The easiest upgrade might be to the ice cubes--perhaps some pellets or small cubes. The current ones seem just the same as come from my freezer at home! It's not just aesthetic either, smaller cubes will blend better with the drink toppings for a better in-straw distribution. Lastly, I know it would require new machinery, but eventually the sticker top sealer really does a lot for the whole experience. If you update the tea, let me know...I'll be there 2-3 times a week instead of once a month!
