Service is excellent the chef even came to my table and I read other reviews about the service but I just don't see it. My food Quality was good the only issue I do believe I had is on my fettuccine noodles were just a tad under cooked. But overall experience I will return and recommend this restaurant to everybody great atmosphere huge Collection and the lasagna is to die for

All I can say is ... WOW! I am impressed of how Stockton gets down! I am not from around here and everyone warned me about how bad Stockton is...so dangerous. I decided to go alone after my coworker was not able to meet me. I had a great time! People were friendly, I danced until my feet were numb, bar tenders were great and I met new friends. Thank you to those that accepted me into their group to dance and special thanks to Isela and her wonderful friends who welcomed me and showed me a great time in Stockton! Bella Vista Rooftop is worth the visit. 😉

Beautiful venue absolutely gorgeous at sunset. However, Rima is one of the most unpleasant people to work with she seems moody and unprofessional I was warned prior to this by others who have worked with her but I wanted this venue. I had my event here last September. I paid for unlimited sodas and water. The day of the bartenders had to text her because they weren't made aware of it. Initially she tried to charge an extra $300 to be able to set up ONLY ONE HOUR earlier which would put us up to a total of 2 hrs to prep instead of 1. Luckily she let us anyways without charging which just makes me think she wanted to squeeze out what she could from us. She insisted on having rigid serving hours for the food despite us bringing our own catering and her not even going to be there. Overall, working with her was strenuous and far from a delight. The only thing that made it worth it was that the venue was beautiful and clean when we got there. If you feel you really want this venue go for it. It really is a sight but just take this into consideration.

BEWARE: This was an absolutely awful lunch experience. Ordered the "Express Lunch" Fettuccine Alfredo and Caesar Salad, $9.99. Here is where it went all bad... You could taste the lettuce in the Caesar Salad was not rinsed and the croutons were not only stale but rancid. After eating something rancid, that's all you taste. Brought this to the attention of the staff, they offered new meals. We decided against, mentioning to the staff that everything taste rancid, and we were on a lunch break. In addition to that the fettuccine was a bit under cooked and 5 small pieces of Focaccia for $3. Now the kicker... THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY!! This is why restaurants fail, chefs that don't taste there own food. OLD STALE, RANCID FOOD IS IN THIS KITCHEN

I have emailed and called multiple times to get an estimate for hosting an event there, but I haven't received any response. It's been a frustrating and time-consuming process. It shouldn't be this difficult to organize an event at this venue.

The food was very good. We went for a nice dinner and we got that and more. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. While it did take time to order and recieve our food it gave us tome to chat and enjoy my son's 21st birthday. If you go to a nice restaurant it usually takes time to prepare the food, thus was no exception. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality and the atmosphere was great. We will be back.

Sat at the bar. Service wasn't terrible. The bartender was nice and attentive but it seemed there was a lot interruptions for her from kitchen staff. She suggested two dishes and we ordered them. In the process of putting our order in another employee came up and was very pushy with the bartender putting our order in herself. My husband received what he ordered (salmon raviolis) which he said had good flavor but was a small dish for 16$ I received a dish that was not what I ordered. I ate anyways as the staff looked nervous and rushed. it was ok. but not the pasta dish I was hoping for.

Went here for diner with my husband and another couple. It was a slow night. But our service was Good. And the food was great. 3 of us had pasta dishes. 2 Alfredo 1 pesto. 1 Alfredo had shrimp cooked perfectly another was the special with asparagus also delish! The pesto was great and the salad my friend had with salmon was also very good. Price was fair for a nice place. Atmosphere was calm. Overall very pleased. Thankyou for having us.
