The hotel screams amateur at every level, from the design to the staffing choices. For a Residence Inn, the rooms are very small. It is not a good choice for a long term guest. The refrigerator and dishwasher are both half size, although the kitchen sink is shop/garage size. The sofa bed is wedged against the wall making it hard to put the sheets on, and the hotel staff will sure not do it for you. The bathroom is abnormally large, and has only a half shower door. The iron is at the top of the closet and will fall on you, as it did me, because it is not secured in place. Just as in another review, the staff here is the worst i have ever seen, and I am an ambassador elite member. It is not just the worst customer service for a hotel, but the worst customer service I have had at any business. I was there within a month or so of opening and the 'manager' didn't even have the idea that you should have the necessary supplies a guest might need, at the front desk. The front desk person would always have to scurry about the hotel to find toilet tissue or dishwasher soap. When I suggested having supplies at the front desk, the 'manager' says "great idea", as if this is something novel. The housekeeping staff is poorly trained, and this is because the management here is the absolute worst. They are rude and will argue with you about everything, even what the "later please" door hanger means. Hint: It doesn't mean they will check on you later. I had to change my housekeeping service from every other day to daily, and the room was still not adequately cleaned. They would not even replace the toilet tissue when it was empty and they wouldn't even leave behind any rolls. They would skip my service entirely whenever they felt like it and did not care that I am paying for the room to be cleaned. It is definitely not worth the ~$200 nightly just from the grief the management here gives you. If you bring up any issues, they will just be rude to you instead of actively trying to find a simple solution to relatively small issues. I mean, it's just a hotel. Managing a hotel is just a notch above being mop boy. I could manage it in my sleep, as could anyone with an IQ above 80.

My stay at the Residence Inn went from a peaceful get away to a sudden Nightmare. I checked into this hotel discreetly while dealing with a hardship while also trying to handle business. As a paying customer my privacy staying at this hotel was NOT met. I was blasted by a General Manager from the (Fairfield Inn) Next door asking me WHY was I a guest at the hotel. Which made me extremely confused because it was not the TIME OR THE PLACE ( I was in the breakfast room) He was standing closer to front desk I asked to speak to him privately because I didn’t want to communicate my personal business across the room because once again this was supposed to be (discreet) he refused to speak to me one on one. This caused all the attention to be brought upon me and that’s when the gossip began. My check out was for 12pm. When I went upstairs to grab my things around 11:25am my key to get into the room no longer worked. To my knowledge the “ Marriott Brand “ is really big on guest satisfaction and GUEST PRIVACY. Once again as a PAYING customer and respectfully guest MY NEEDS were not met. I’m extremely disappointed because my interaction with other hotel associates that actually work at the Residence Inn were very friendly!
I have yet to check into another Marriott because I’m just disappointed! I was just starting to think about to brand highly!

Big on cleanliness and safety when it comes to lodging. This hotel fit the bill to a T. Also, front desk was hospitable. Made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great. All around, solid hotel especially with the lack of good ones in larger surrounding area.

This so called pet friendly hotel charged 75 dollars for our little dog - the air exhaust in bathroom was loud and ran constantly and impossible to shut off. They "upgraded" us to two bedrooms which didn't need but pricey for one room. Clean rooms Quiet except for heating system. You'd think a newish hotel would be better built. Had problem regulating heating in room either too hot and loud or shit off and quiet

Hotel feels very new and clean. Bathroom is well appointed and spacious. Although we were there for a short stay, I could see this being very comfortable for an extended stay. Close to various stores for necessities and a short drive from other options for dining. Free parking is great.

Room: As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10, I figured this would be plenty of space. And for us it was a good size. The pull out couch was actually comfortable! The kitchen is fantastic. Comes with dish soap, utensils, pots, plates, bowls, cups, and problably a few other things I forgot. Only problems were the random and very bright blinking light from the fire alarm and the connecting door to the other room could use some sound proofing.
Breakfast: Better then most hotels but not on Embassy Suites level. They have a good variety of options for the many allergies. However, as someone who deals with dairy & almond allergies I think it would be really helpful if they added an ingredient list to many of the items. For example, the premade oatmeal has milk. I found that out the hard way. And though the breakfast lady is very kind, my Spanish is very limited.
Pool & outdoor area: Polar plunge. You and your family will have a great time seeing who will be the first to get in or just get in at all. The temperature was 70 at most. Still fun. Make sure there are towels before taking the plunge, they often run out. The outdoor area by the fire is a great place to read.
Parking: Very nicely paved. You are able to use the front, back, or side doors. So no matter where you park you won't have to walk far. They may get tight on the weekends but you're in luck if you have an EV as they have EV only spots. Bike rake is located in the back.
Local area: They have Sprouts right across the street to stock the kitchen as well as plenty of eating options.

I travel often using strictly Marriott. This is one of the better hotels out there. Mainly do to the staff. What I mean by staff, is front desk in particular. They are always very kind and very detail oriented with guests. They are very polished as a group and I enjoy staying there. Also, it's right next to Costco LOL

All I have to say is WOW! From the front desk staff, to the GM, every team member was accessible, friendly and truly went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable at my temporary "home away from home." Talk about luxury - this place did not miss a detail in respect to amenities. The gym appears to be about 1,000sf and has an equipment selection that I actually enjoyed using. Definitely not your regular hotel gym! The patio is absolutely spectacular and is equipped with a fire pit, outdoor pool and also has a THREE BBQ island. The hotel is walking distance to Sprouts, so we grilled 3 of our 7 nights. The hotel is in a shopping center that has tons of great amenities like Costco and Starbucks, which made life easy. The rooms were incredibly spacious and we made use of the in-room kitchen and fridge. I will be making this my go to Marriott as I travel the Central Valley and thank you to each and every staff member that made my 7 day stay absolutely stellar!!!||Rooms: They have spacious studios, one-bedroom and an incredible 2-bedroom suites that come equipped with kitchens. We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite where my kids had their own room with a queen bed and bathtub bathroom, while my wife and I had our own privacy in the king bedroom with its own shower bathroom. Talk about peace of mind - often times we are forced to be split up from the kids due to lack of neighboring rooms, however the 2-bedroom solution was INCREDIBLE for our family. We will be making this our standard room choice moving forward.
