When I first arrived, check-in was easy enough, the room appeared to be clean. However I started noticing little indifferences, I set up the in room ironing board as tonset a small crock pot on it. As i set it up, it completely collapsed as it had a broken leg on it. The exterior wall of the bathroom, next to a bed was black with dirt and grime. The refrigerator was missing shelves and the bars that hold items in the door. There was a $60 deposit, I wiped the entire room down by hand, with my own personal towels and cleaners before check-out. I did use 1 of the provided hand towels for a bit of wipe down as well. They darn near didn't give my deposit back, until i called the corporate office in front of them.

Their wifi password is "giveus5stars", I was honestly thunking about giving them 5 stars, until not the deposit incident that happened. But the last evening i stayed here, there were 4 of us just hanging out in the provided grill area around 9:30-10:00, and a staff member walked by telling everyone to go to our rooms. And singling 1 guy out whom was a guest, but told him he needed to leave the property. HIS WIFE HAD THEM A ROOM BOOKED!!!!

This is the worst motel to go to. They will keep ypur 100 dollar deposit. They do that to everyone that stays there. They will lie and say you strained there towels and sheets when you never did. They are liars and thevies. You will not get your deposited back no matter how clean you are. Trust me they will steal that deposit money everytime and lie about why they took it. They are a very bad motel. They are taking advantage of people that dont have extra money for them to take by lying and stealing. Dont stay there!!!!! They do this to everyone!!!!!!?

BEWARE: In my opinion, it is a complete dump. The place is infested with cockroaches. I requested a non-smoking room, so everyone, all hours of the day and night, sat on the stairs outside my room smoking and making noise.

The staff is a bunch of liars. I called to verify that the jacuzzi was working. I was told yes. Sure, the jacuzzi was working but no heat. Complete scammers. I would have booked somewhere else. Sleeping in your car would be safer and healthier than this dump.

Horrible place to stay. They let anybody stay there. I mean anybody. They don't make their guests be quiet. There are some that play their music really loud at 2 am,3 am and so on. There are a few that argue or yell I should say ,cussing and it's horrible language at all times of the day and night. They never kick them out ,and never tell them to quiet down. There are a lot of drug deals that go down there , that I have seen . Parents are mean to their kids, cussing at them . They are crying as and yelling . It's just not a good place to stay. Go to Motel 6 or Microtel Inn. Even the ElRancho is better than this place. Cheaper and quieter not all this crap going on . I would not recommend staying here. Unless you like all the riff-raff and homeless drug addicts around you. If you want to feel safe don't stay here. You'll be sorry

I've stayed at this hotel for multiple different reasons for the last 6 years....have had a multitude of issues over that time but the managers have always made it right which is why I always go back. I am a absolutely pissed off and won't EVER return to this place, which by the way has always had issues with cocktail roaches on and off....homeless people who throw trash all along the back side of the building, this time around I paid cash and didn't use my club membership account, I was going to call it in later to have them fix my points!!! However, when my Doordashed dinner was delivered to me, they didn't send me napkins, so I just used a washcloth....I accidentally spilled a little on the sheet of the bed....I wiped off...but I forgot to rinse out the wash cloth after I wiped off the table. .....when I went to check out....he had the maid check the room.....she took pictures of the bed sheet and wash cloth. HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR BOTH!!!!! ARE YOU JOKING Washing them would have been sufficient......these people are crazy!!!

This place is very convenient near 99 freeway and grocery stores and at good prices ! Stayed here a few times for work travel and never had one single problem ! the staff members are great and polite ! Peter will definitely help you out and settle you in quickly .

It was horrible. The pool and hot tub are NASTY! The service sucked. They over charge your room. Drink machines were 1.50 when he noticed we were buying drinks.He jacked the drinks up to 2$ and 3$ for can drinks. The cops surrounded the parking lot and down the street at least 4 different times for prostitution and drugs. I would not carry my family there.

I love staying at this hotel it's very convenient it's next to highway 99 so if your on a work trip is very easy and quick to leave town , there is also very good breakfast that starts at 6 , and the staff member Peter is there all the time hes very nice and very helpful , definitely recommend staying here if you need a quiet place to stay over night if your near lodi , the prices are great too !
