Do not waste your money, go to Burke Williams if you’re looking for a day spa, or go somewhere else if looking for a quality massage. I got a 90 minute “deep tissue” massage for my birthday and it was terrible. I was very specific on areas to concentrate and that didn’t make a difference, and the therapist used so much lotion I was beyond greasy. It was not anywhere near deep, it was like having someone rub lotion into your skin in the same spot over and over, and did my face and hair with her hands covered in lotion. I really wanted to stop it and get up and leave it was that bad. Complete waste of money. Facility is ok, but I had no sandals in my locker either. Won’t be returning.

Very peaceful lounge area with the best trail mix! I've gotten multiple messages and they're always wonderful. My favorite part is I can book online and not talk to anyone lol

I went in to get a haircut at this location. The staff was very welcoming. I was very nervous going in because I had never been there before. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and the cherry on top was that my hair turned out great! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

I had a great experience today. I got the ultimate pedicure with Kimberly. The place was a little hard to find and is a bit pricey, but ultimately Kimberly made it worth it and I will be going back for my pedicures with her from now on. She is so kind, gentle, and inspiring. I went in super tense and nervous and was lef into the dark quiet room! It was so cool and there was cucumber water, trail mix, and tea available. I waited a short time and then she came to get me. Once we started she asked me what I wanted to focus the most on and I said my calluses. We got to talking during the service (which is 90 min) and I started to relax. Very comfortable chair to lay in while getting my pedicure which is another reason I want to go back. I am now a regular customer despite the price, and looking forward to seeing Kimberly again!!!

This place is awful! The staff is rude and snobby. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a waste of money! Try Massage Envy instead or splurge at Burke Williams. They actually care about their customers and pamper them.

I love getting my Mani/Pedi there. Kimberly is fantastic. Facials, waxing also very good. Hair cut for me mediocre. Won't do that again. All the other services top notch. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Amazing experience at spa gregories. My hair stylist was Hatomi and she was wonderful. I am so happy with my haircut. She is a welcoming and Lively person. Never came across such a hairdresser before. The front desk lady I don't remember her name, was polite and helpful. I was lost looking for the place and she did come to pick me up at the front gate. Such an awesome experience

Very nice facility! I haven’t gotten a massage in over a year & I was really looking forward to a relaxing time. The facility and amenities were wonderful & the staff was very nice & helpful. I enjoyed everything about S.G. except for the massage itself. The masseuse was very friendly, but also very talkative. Which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing if she wasn’t so expressive with her hands while talking. We talked the whole 60 minutes and I don’t want to exaggerate but I truly felt I only had her hands on me for half of our total time, if that. I was hoping to leave with that good sore feeling after a massage, & instead felt like I was hardly touched at all. So, in short, I would definitely recommend this facility & come back myself. However, I would make sure to try out a different masseuse next time.
