This is a beautiful hotel and a great place to stay if you are wanting to visit Napa / Yountville. I do think it is overpriced for what I paid however going during summer break was likely a big factor in the pricing so not a big complaint. The pool facilities were very nice, the loungers were very comfy and the area was well attended by staff who were all extremely pleasant and always smiling. The rooms were brilliant and in pristine condition, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice and large.
The hotel is in a great location, it is within walking distance to all the main restaurants and centre of Yountville however they do also offer a complimentary shuttle service should you wish.
Included in your resort fee was a $50 credit for food & drink but this was not mentioned to us at all during check-in and we only found out after reading it on the website. Regardless, the hotel was brilliant and should we return to the beautiful town of Yountville we would be more than happy staying here again.

We recently stayed at the Yountville Hotel and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the incredibly warm and friendly staff who made our visit truly special. The ambiance was serene, and the attention to detail was impressive. Loved the pool! My only minor complaint would be the light that came through the blinds at night—some drapes would easily fix that. Overall, it's a lovely place with exceptional people.

Nothing but an incredibly positive experience from checking in to the checkout. The staff were super friendly and attentive. When we came back to our room in the evening, housekeeping did a final tidy up for us (shades down, fresh towels etc).

We did a girls trip and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We stayed in the suite with two queen beds. The room was wonderful and the fire place was a wonderful touch! We loved the staff and the turn down service was so wonderful - the truffles they bring are such a sweet treat! The resort was gorgeous and we enjoyed spending time at the hot tub and pool. The on property restaurant had excellent breakfasts - and we loved the onsite bar to have cocktails by the pool! We stayed for four nights - and we wish we could have stayed longer!

I stayed here last weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to a serious safety oversight. During our stay, I sustained a severe second-degree burn on my back from a fireplace that appeared to be off with no fire running but was actually on, despite it being the middle of summer. There was a seating ledge right next to the fireplace, yet no warning or signage to indicate that the fireplace was on or could be a potential hazard.
When we brought this issue to the attention of the front office and provided them with photos of the injury, their response was disappointing. They offered us some band-aids, but showed little concern for how this incident affected our trip. As a result, we were unable to spend the day by the pool or visit the spa as we had planned, and had to completely rework our day.
This experience was not only painful but also a major inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper signage or a simple safety warning. It's a significant oversight that needs to be addressed to prevent future guests from experiencing something similar. Wasn't going to leave a review but as the burn worsens I feel as if I need to warn others

Hellooooo, I like here and so close to everything especially Wineries. One thing I noticed that the black and white Cat Oreo are very cute but when I pet him I felt some bumpy spots under his fur, not sure if it’s ticks. He kept scratching himself. I know you guys are taking care of him. But please make sure he is under good health especially parasites problems,it’s good for the guests as well. Thank you for the enjoyable service!

This is a very nice hotel in a great town. The rooms are really lovely, large bathrooms (although no door on it) and the beds are really comfy. The pool area is great and relaxing with a bar. Service there was spot on. I read a lot of reviews before we booked and had prepared myself for a motel next to a trailer park. It is true that it has a motel style however most of the the rooms all open up to a self contained parking lot. Meaning they don't face the street and it is private feeling. The rooms are well appointed and there is an upscale feel to the whole place. There is a 55+ mobile home residence next door but I wouldn't call it a trailer park. If it's a concern request a first floor unit. Complimentary breakfast consisted of croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits plus coffee. There is a restaurant on site that is available as well but we did not utilize it. ||It is a pricey hotel but that is reflective of the location and town. The town itself is really cute and easily walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed some nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend Hotel Yountville.

We have been to Yountville many times and drove by this hotel a lot. Finally got a chance to stay for a few days and WOW! Very impressed by the large rooms with vaulted ceilings and impeccable grounds. The pool has a beautiful setting with a great hot tub and bar. We did not get to use the Spa, but next time! The location is great too as it is a very short walk to everything in town. Can't wait to come back.
