Sad to say but this location has gone downhill, as for the equipment treadmills are not working properly, they are uneven meaning not leveled some of the treadmills feel like you're going uphill even though you have the setting at 0 uphill, not sure if their floor is uneven and they do not calibrate/level their treadmills the right way. They really do not maintain their equipment anymore, treadmills have cup holders missing the setting screens read some weird stuff like in another language. Another thing is the young staff act so childish behind the counter, throwing stuff at each other laughing loud, makes you feel uncomfortable like are they laughing at me or what because they are so loud. I mainly blame poor management here they don't seem to educate their staff on keeping the gym clean, their equipment working properly, acting professional. This just tells me this gym has no management, I never see management walking around making sure all equipment is working properly and cleaned. Also one last thing a lot of times the cleaning stations are out of paper towels. So much for the NO JUDGEMENT ZONE gym but in reality when you have staff laughing extremely loud makes people working out like they are being judge and made fun of. So if you're thinking of opening an account at this particular gym keep all these points to in mind, thank you. Just adding also how are you going to run out of toilet paper lol! Out of all days I had an upset stomach had run to go take💩and no toilet paper. I asked the staff and they said they ean out of toilet paper FML!! Had to use seat covers...I mean better than nothing. I'm telling you this gym is straight going down the toilet literally.

This used to be a great place to work out. The previous manager was very friendly, but the new one is kind of jerk. The staff, who are the same people, often talk among themselves being dumb and obnoxious. Many of the machines are "temporarily unavailable," and it can take one to two months for repairs to be completed. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, and during my last visit, there was no toilet paper available.

This is the hometown gym for me. I travel extensively and utilize PFs blackcard perks around the country. This location is very large and provides plenty of safe parking. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. PF employees are constantly mopping/vacuuming various areas inside and all sanitary stations are fully stocked. Perk area is always clean and operational and the gym floor is very large offering all the equipment necessary to meet ones fitness goals. I enjoy this location and will continue to praise it and the staff operating it.

A gentleman by the name of Paul severly discriminated against and threatened to call the police on my African American husband from working out. Super racist and rude against people of color avoid if you are of any dark shade of skin tone!!

Great gym. Kind and helpful staff. Great motivating atmosphere. Clean and new equipment. Gym provides many sanitizing stations that are equipped with paper towels and sanitizing spray. There are numerous hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the gym. The woman's locker

NOV2023: I'M REMOVING MY GOOD REVIEW. ITS ONLY BEEN A MONTH. THIS IS DISAPPOINTING. SOMETHING EASILY FIXABLE. MENS BATHROOM IS A DISGUSTING MESS.
OCT2023: My experience here has improved since 2022. Locker rooms have been slightly cleaner. Staff is available at all times. Seems like they have an actual manager nowadays. PLEASE keep this mindset continuing.... 🚀

For the price it can't be beat. But it's mainly a cardio gym. Half the weight machines aren't here. Some rules about working out like men do. It's a great starter gym and gym for women. I say this without any contempt.
