Excellent location and accommodations! Clean comfortable rooms in a quaint setting. Pat and her daughter were great hosts, offering dining tips and lively conversation. I am very please to say that our visit at The Beachrunners' Inn was just what the Dr. ordered! My 2 sisters and I were attending to a family matter, that was compounded by a separate family matter, which only created additional stress, etc., but the Inn was our saving grace. Pat was so hospitable, and gracious. Her home is charming - the location ideal. We walked to our dinner. I enjoyed a very long beach walk (3 blocks away), our breakfast was delicious. It was the perfect setting, considering our situation. I felt at home, and my mind, body and spirit was grateful.

Want to help clarify that although Google labeled this as a hotel, it's actually a very nice B&B.

Quiet, safe, very pleasant staff, close to the downtown with lots of public transit options, at a very reasonable price price point

This is my favorite place to stay in Long Beach. Pat and her daughter have created a beautiful home to host traveling guests. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I've stayed there multiple times over the last few years and each time I've met interesting people, ate delicious breakfast (different entree each morning), and slept comfortably.

A wonderful old house with a cozy atmosphere. Nicely decorated clean rooms. The location is great, close to the beach and not far from Downtown Long Beach. Breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared.

Pat is a lovely and unobtrusive host. We were so glad that she shared her home with us 🙂

We had such a lovely stay. Our hosts, Pat and Courtney, were so nice and friendly. They’ve added so many extra touches. Breakfast each morning was delicious and so many choices. We look forward to returning!

I really enjoyed staying at Beachrunners Inn. Truth be told this was my first B&B experience and I loved it. The house is very well maintained. While it is in keeping with its age (built in 1913) the owners have kept it well maintained and modernized without going overboard. The house and my room were SUPER clean. Hospitality was gracious and kind. The food was home cooked and there was plenty for me. I stayed in the Sunset Beach room (solo stay) and it was perfect for me. I found the internet service to excellent and I loved the location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Beachrunners Inn was a great choice. I enjoyed the B&B atmosphere. The house is very clean, and well maintained. Hard to believe it was built in 1913. Pat was a very kind and gracious host and made me feel most welcome. The room I stayed in, the sunset beach room, was comfortable and perfect for me. (solo stay) Loved the location. Close to the beach and "downtown" Long Beach where I found great restaurants and cute boutiques. Loved the home's decor and total vibe. The website for me gave all the info I needed and I found the photos to be accurate as well. Price point highly competitive. Breakfast was good. Not gourmet but home cooked and plenty to satisfy.
