Didn't expect much but since the nearest "chain" motel was over 40 miles away, we decided to stay here. We were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is old but has recently been remodeled. All the basics have been met: plenty of hot water, great water pressure, first-rate Wi-Fi. Clean and comfy. All at half the price of chain motels. AND, the manager went above and beyond what we expected of him. We plan to stay here again next year.

Don't do it! The first room we had we instantly found 2 roaches and changed rooms. After inspecting the second room offered we declined. The staff was a male that was incredibly disrespectful demanding us to get out of the room while inviting we wanted to live like kings.... No sir, I will not sleep with roaches.

This is my third or 4 time staying here. My room is always clean and smells fresh. The owners are super nice there is a restaurant and a liquor store on-site.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and had no complaints the staff was super friendly and whatever we needed towels toilet paper or even extra pillows or blankets they got it for us I had a great experience with the rooms and the staff were wonderful and I will stay again

Night shift lady was a little odd to say the least made checking in weird owner was very nice even when I called multiple times any issues were handled swiftly oom was nice walk in shower no room service during a 5 day stay

You have to go to the restaurant to check in a room. He was not friendly. No ice maker. If you want ice you go to the restaurant and he will give you a cup to get ice from the ice machine. Mattresses need to be replaced. I was very uncomfable every night. No bar soap or coffee pot in room. The floors were very dirty. I threw my houseshoes in the garbage. The bottoms of them were black. When we got home we washed everything that touched the floor. Lots of people gathering outside of room. We will not stay here again. The positive is when I seen the housekeeper outside she was friendly. Our advise to you is don't stay here.

Surprisingly great for the price. Granted the avocado green tub was a definite throw back to a long ago era, but it was clean, the beds comfortable, and we got a free dinner at closing time. quiet to outside noise. walls are a little thin as we could hear the adjoining room's TV when ours was off. But I can't complain for the price. Shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. best hotel shower around. Manager was very accommodating and offered upgraded rooms if economy wasn't to our liking. Would stay here again.

The company I have worked for had us stay here for 2 weeks. The owner is nice and the room conditions are good and it looks to have been remodeled nicely. This isn't like a mariot but it has all you need. I am really grateful for their hospitality. To those who leave bad reviews, I say you're too harsh. I had a good stay.
