Alex is incredibly knowledgeable of the digestive system and took the time to give me clear explanations to help me understand my gut issues, what is causing them, and practical solutions! I have been dealing with chronic gut problems for over a year and have had endless visits to my PC provider with no luck. After the treatment and Alex’s advice I have clarity for the first time and a real plan I can follow for relief and for prevention as well. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the treatment and graciously answered all of my questions during and after my appointment. I’ve been going here for about 2 years probably more but Ellen is always nice and caring. Whenever I come I never have to wait long for anything and she’s always keeping me up to date with things that are good and bad for my body and giving me great tips and advice health wise. In my search for a place to do hydrocolonic, as I’m new to CA and am doing a liver cleanse protocol, I contacted ClaremontColonics. The woman who answered the phone was straightforward in her answer to my question: do you offer a gravity colonic? She replied: “No, their system is FDA approved.” I inquired about what that meant...she went on to explain two systems: an open system and closed system - speaking as though they offered both. I asked for clarification (as I wanted an open system experience) and she said they only offered closed. She also added, no one does gravity colonics anymore. It was the way she said it that was off putting. In conjunction with not asking me a single follow up question. To be fair, I thought asking for gravity colonic was the same as an open system. I was mistaken. However, I’d say the woman who was representing the businesses interest, had a golden opportunity to educate me while showing care and concern for my needs...she did neither. I’m in Sales and know the importance of completing a needs assessment with my clients...knowing what they want to accomplish & what’s important to them. Showing them I care it paramount to building trust. I wanted to be treated similarly. I wasn’t. I spend a lot of money on alternative care and Claremont Colonics will never be a business I’ll patronize because the woman who answered the phone sounded patronizing and showed no care for me whatsoever.
