The bed was so soft and comfy and complimentary breakfast was awesome! I will definitely be staying here again. They have live music at the lounge and lots of good shops and restaurants all within walking distance. No valet service but free parking in the parking lot across the street with about 10 EV chargers.

Visited our son at Pomona college. This boutique hotel is ideally located in the village. Spacious rooms; open plan bath tub and wash basin area - not ideal but can work with them. Huge glazing overlooking the open lounge area - the lack of privacy was a little disconcerting but the blinds and curtains helped.|Hospitality - excellent. The staff at the reception; housekeeping and in the cafe were outstanding - warm, caring and super efficient. A special thank you to the chef who took such good care of my dietary needs - you made our stay special. Thank you so much.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well kept and the courtyard is very nice with a lot of different seating options. The lounge is small and cozy with a good menu. Parking is across the street in the structure with an overnight pass provided. Rooms are nicely decorated. The room has a nice large tub that's very relaxing. The only downside is there's no private balcony. The big windows/door leads to the main access way for all rooms so if you're bathing or want privacy you have to close all the blinds and the room has no natural light except a small window in the back. Not a deal breaker, just different. The location is perfect and will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is centrally located in Claremont…. That’s about all it has going for it. Rooms are dilapidated. Our mattress needed replacing due to sagging. Just not worth $400 per night. Sorry.

I’m here at Casa425
I love this place. Christine at the front desk is so helpful and nice.
I live locally but wanted a quick getaway to work on business stuff. The atmosphere here is amazing. Cozy lounge areas with fireplaces.
Specialty bar with good drinks and food.
Close to all the amazing restaurants and boutique shops. Parking is easy and it feels very safe.

We just enjoyed two wonderful days at this boutique hotel in the heart of Claremont. We selected it for its walkable location, attractive aesthetic, and great vibe, and were very pleased with our choice. | |The manager and front desk staff were friendly and gracious. Their attention to detail and helpful service was excellent. Check-in was seamless and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was ideal, including a hand-written welcome note and plate of cookies upon arrival. The bartender even microwaved a burger our son didn’t eat on our drive.| |The King Spa Deluxe room was contemporary and spacious, comfortable and clean, fresh and inviting. It easily accommodated our family of four. We were on the end of the third level with a view of the charming courtyard, lit beautifully at night. We experienced no issues with people walking by and kept the curtains open during the entirety of our stay.| |The amenities were on point, from the robes and slippers to the amply appointed in-room coffee and beverage station, which included a mini fridge. We particularly appreciated the luxe toiletries and plentiful towels and linens, not to mention the nice shower and soaking tub.| |Situated among a wide variety of eateries, we could each grab takeout to suit our tastes or order from the hotel’s on-site menu. Their wagyu sliders were a huge hit while watching the game! The breakfast buffet was another welcome surprise, as it included numerous options, including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast/bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, and more, as well as coffee, tea, and OJ.| |While you can hear the train every so often, a little white noise goes a long way, as do the earplugs. Other than that, we heard nothing. There is plentiful comped parking in the garage just across the street. | |Thank you for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning!

Very nice boutique hotel in beautiful Claremont. Loved the location in the heart of the charming Claremont Village with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all around. Also loved the large central courtyard with heaters and fire pits as well as the fireplace near the reception area. Big shout out to Christina and her enthusiastic front desk team especially Ethan, Leila and others for their patience and understanding with the multiple changes in our reservation, and for personally supervising the packing of our bags while we were away.|The only bit missing was a locker in the room. |Overall, it’s our favourite place to stay in Claremont. We will be back.

Went into the lounge for Happy Hour. Drinks are ridiculously expensive, but well made. Only $2 off house wine or draft beer, no cocktail specials. After very attentive first bartender left, we had to flag down servers. Ordered the happy hour salad and steak—both terrible. Seemed like prepared by someone who has never prepared food before. Salad lackluster and almost no dressing—dry. Steak overcooked and dry. This place could be exquisite, but it’s meh.
