Not the Refreshing Experience We Expected.

I recently stayed at Andreas Hotel and Spa, and while the accommodations were decent, the experience with the bartender left much to be desired. We ordered drinks to our room, hoping for a little relaxation after a long day. What we received was a disappointing encounter.

First, the drinks took an unusually long time to arrive. When they finally did, I was taken aback by the bartender's odor. Her name tag identified her as Tressa. It was overwhelming and distracting, to say the least. Instead of enjoying our cocktails, we were left cringing at the unpleasant smell that lingered in the air after Tressa left.

Moreover, the drinks themselves were lackluster. They seemed hastily prepared, lacking the finesse and attention to detail we expected from a hotel of this caliber. It was as if the bartender was more focused on getting the drinks out than on providing a quality experience.

Overall, this was not the relaxing evening we had envisioned. I hope the hotel management addresses this issue, as it truly detracted from our stay. I won’t be ordering drinks to my room and won't stay at this hotel again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is gold. The rooms and grounds were very nice but the service was extraordinary.
Karl, Krystal, Merry & Nikki (along with others whose names we didn’t catch) treated us like family. The “behind the scenes” staff kept everything spotless. From the meet & greet when we arrived to the Christmas stockings hung by our chimney with care 😊it was just a great experience. We will definitely return and bring others with us!

We picked this spot out of the blue, spent a few days & were absolutely impressed.

The historic vibes, coupled with the prime location (everything in downtown is easily walkable). brilliant staff, cozy & well appointed rooms, spa experience, coffee & treat bar room with a grand fireplace & little intuitive touches throughout won our hearts. It's a place to make friends or hang out in utter solitude. We'll be back!

Of special note is the staff. Welcoming, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. All were outstanding & one above the rest. Special mention to Merry at the front desk - she stood out for her extra warmth, service & intuitive helpfulness. Extremely well done!

Stayed here for 3 days couple vacation last year in October.
Room: Organized but not too clean. There were some bugs crawling in the bathroom. (I am allergic to bugs and due to that I had allergic reaction the next day). The AC works well. Towels are not soft. The bed is good and nicely fixed. They give you welcome note which is nice.
Service: good. The receptionist gave us a tour when we got there after checkin. It’s a small resort with pool and jacuzzi. I got a room with soa tub and works well besides they need to repaint because it looks overly used. You get complimentary champagne (i think only until 6pm)
Location: Very close to everything, walking distance to casino and restaurants.
Service: serves with basic breakfast (bagel, cheese, juice, some fruits) that you need to grab at the reception area.
Parking: Free parking right in front of the resort. Front door at reception area/lobby stays closed. So you need your card key when you go out or else you will get stuck outside if no receptionist is available to open for you.

Our room had an electric fireplace - provided a great ambiance, Neat, clean room, great location (downtown, walking distance to casino)
nice spa & massage, friendly staff.
Hidden gem. Will definitely be our go to when visiting Palm Springs!

Feel very cozy, private and walking distance to all.

I’ve stayed at Andreas on three different occasions: girl’s weekend, babymoon and anniversary trip, and all were a pleasant experience.

Pro’s:
Boutique, historical hotel with only 25 rooms
Location, no car needed
Amazing staff, front desk woman let us view 3 rooms before deciding which we’d like
Very clean
Adults only
Pool bar (seems to be open weekends only, but the front desk is able to provide beer & wine when the pool bar is closed)
Spa onsite, hotel guests get 15% off services

Con’s:
WiFi is great by the pool but our room was on the second floor and WiFi didn’t work at all
Would have loved a Sauvignon Blanc or Rosé option from the pool bar 🙂
If your room faces the main street you will hear folks outside, bring earplugs if that bothers you

What a gem! Staff is delightful and friendly !
Rooms are very nice and location cannot be better, for Thursday night Palm Canyon street fair.
All restaurants walkable and quiet night sleep.
