Got my nails done there 2 weeks ago and already lost 2 on my hands and one on my toes. Never had this happen at my previous salon. Went to try the salon and the receptionist was extremely rude to my child. She was also rude when I brought up the issue of my nails and said I was due for a fill anyways. My previous set I had was 4 weeks old and no lift. My toes were 6 weeks and the acrylic was intact. Definitely will not be going back and will be going back to my previous salon. Boudoir nails.

I’m giving this place a low rating because the day after my gel manicure I noticed the gel polish started to lift on the edges. The photos i added are day #2 where the gel on one of my nails is completely lifting off and the rest of my nails are starting to left as well. The customer service was great, they were very nice and attentive, however when you pay for a manicure that’s supposed to last up to 2 weeks it’s very disappointing to have this happen.
I will update my review accordingly. I’m willing to give them another shot with a different nail tech and see if she’s any better. ( I went with Lilian)

I'm new to acrylic nails, and I'm so glad I started with Pearl Nails & Spa! Not only are they extremely nice, professional, and have a clean environment - they are so kind in teaching me the ropes of having acrylic nails.

The first time I got them I had to come back within a week because I had banged them up so much that they were lifting. The owner gave me a full set free of charge, and was so understanding that I was new to this and needed to get the hang of it. I did not expect that at all and was fully prepared to pay since it was my fault.

I especially love working with Patty, my nail tech, because she is OCD and perfectionist like me 😁 she catches things that I know are going to bug me and fixes them without me even telling her. She's also amazing at designs!

After that first week, I bought dishwashing gloves and got a little bit shorter nail length so I didn't bang it around as much. I also really tried to take care of them and be more careful. I haven't had any issues with the gel or acrylic lifting since. I'm on week three and just got a fill today and the tips are going strong!

I couldn't be more happy with this business - pretty sure I'm a customer for life ❤️

Thuy did a great job on my full set. She didn’t rush but didn’t take forever. Very pleased! My only complaint is it was very hard to hear what she was saying a lot of the time but ya know gotta wear those masks lol.

I got my sister’s nails done here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very well organized and works hard to fit everyone in, including walk-ins. Given their professionalism and delivering a great product, it is easy to recommend their services to anyone. 5 stars!
