I had high hopes for a relaxing experience at this spa, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment, especially given the $490 price tag for two 90-minute massages (plus tip). While the staff was friendly and apologetic, the spa itself was in shambles and should not be marketed as “open for business” especially since the first paragraph of the website boasts all of these amenities.

Here’s what we encountered:
• The Jacuzzi wasn’t heated.
• The steam room in the men’s locker room was out of service, and staff invited me to use the women’s steam room instead.
• Neither locker room shower had hot water.
• Both locker rooms were in desperate need of repair and didn’t even have hand soap—just a large bottle of hand sanitizer.
• The “tranquil lounge” was anything but—just a pitcher of water with paper coffee cups.
• Massage oil was unscented, making the experience feel sterile.
• The spa checkout system was broken, requiring a cumbersome process of charging to a fake room and walking across the property to the front desk to complete payment.

When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, I was told he wasn’t in charge of the spa and was encouraged to share with the spa staff- which were the ones that informed us of all the inoperable amenities.

For a spa at this price point, I expected far better. Unless major improvements are made, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone. Save your time and money.

Vanessa did my massage and they were incredible. They didn’t skip a beat when i told them i really enjoyed a deep/high pressure massage. They delivered beyond my expectations and gave me a massage i will never EVER forget. Also - i was very grateful that they were so incredible at their job and did not push to make conversation, as someone who has a very social job and gets exhausted from too much conversation quickly i was able to 100% relax and felt completely taken care of without feeling like i needed to be social at the same time. If i was rich enough i would hire them to be my personal massage therapist and covet their skills for myself. Do yourself a favor and book with Vanessa, you won’t regret it.

It was my first time visiting the spa.

Pros: friendly staff, the spa is quite large and has an extensive list of services you can get. The facilities are what you'd expect at most day spas, there is a nice "lagoon" area with a pool/hot tub where you can relax before treatments.

Cons: The robe they provided me did not fit (I'm large chested) so I had to wear my street clothes. I booked a 90 minute treatment with an add on 30 min scalp massage. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early but had to wait for my attendant to get me over when my appointment was supposed to start. The service was extremely relaxing but I think my attendant didn't manage the time well because she ran out of time and didn't massage my front upper body...and the scalp treatment, she essentially just put oil on my hair. No massaging, and definitely not for 30 minutes. I felt like I didn't get the full treatment that I paid for.

Lastly, I went to shower after my treatment and there was no water pressure/ the water was ice cold, no hot water.

I stay at this resort once a year, I would come back but would probably stick to a cheaper less intensive treatment. I don't think I got my money's worth this time. Otherwise it's a nice spa.

Great service , I had the best massage by Catherine , do yourself and request her . She knew where all the pressure points were and worked on my neck it felt AMAZING!!

I just wish the jacuzzi was heated .

Jessica did an awesome job with the scrub and soak! She was friendly and professional. The facilities here however are only average. There is an indoor co Ed pool (very small) and hot tub and steam/sauna in each locker room. However the facilities could be better and have more amenities overall such as an outdoor area for spa guests (aside from the main pool)

Christy Cruz, hair stylist, nailed it! She didn’t know me. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and asked for an updo. And I asked if it could not fall out by evening. She shampooed me and styled my hair. It was perfect through 6:30 dinner and later dancing!, all the way back to my room. She was pleasant and so sweet. The salon was comforting and relaxing. Everyone was very professional. I had no idea what to expect but had to try. I highly recommend!

The spa is well decorated. The colors and items give it a very chill vibe. It is a pretty small place. There seemed to be too few staff to really tend to me and my husband. We got the spa pass and used it on a Thursday. It was a fine experience but I would not pay for it again.

Just got finished with a therapeutic couples massage. My fiancé and I are very super satisfied. The lady that I had was Desiree. (Sorry if I misspelled.) we don’t remember the gentleman’s name. But he was awesome too. Highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!!!
