Was invited to my granddaughters Brianna Peralez Quince here. Brianna in her dress looks so beautiful just like a princess.had a great time with family. Loved the entrance when someone walks in It's like your in the spot light cause everyone sees who walks in It's a nice place. Drink all sorts of mix drinks,shots. Downtown Fresno Fulton Street is now better than ever. Thanks for bringing it back. Make your next special event here at The Bankers Ballroom.

Went to one of the nicest wedding receptions here. Really didnt know downtown offered ballrooms like this. It was a very amazing experience. The ceiling was so interesting and the drapery. I would enjoy going back anytime.

I recently had my wedding reception in November at the Bankers Ballroom. My husband and I had a great experience at this venue. Many of our guests loved the venue as well. Chloe was amazing to us throughout our whole process and made things easy and simple for our big day. She was very kind and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend this venue for events. Loved the whole aesthetic of the venue and I am happy we celebrated our wedding here with our loved ones (:

This place was absolutely breathtaking! Loved the high ceilings and red velvet curtains! Had my wedding here on 10/14/23 and the location was great as it's right off highway 99. Staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Gita, Chloe and Ernesto for helping in making our special day run smoothly. They went above above and beyond to meet our needs. So thankful for your generosity and help!

Quick disclaimer; we never booked Bankers Ballroom (very poor communication) so understand this review is truly just based on the customer service experience specifically with Chole Rueda and not the venue itself. Fiancé and I had been eyeing Bankers Ballroom on Instagram for some time now for our 2025 wedding. We followed the instructions on their website and scheduled ourselves through their Calendly which shows available time slots in 30 minute increments starting at 4:30, Fiancé and I both are out of town and wouldn't make a 4:30 even if we left work a tad early so we set schedule to tour on June 6 @5PM. To my surprise we were cancelled the day before our tour and rescheduled for June 11th at 4:30PM without a call or an email to give details. We sent an email asking if we can push the time to 5PM but no response so we took it upon ourselves to reschedule through Calendly again and immediately noticed our original time frame (June 6 @ 5PM) was still available - we brushed it off and rescheduled for June 11 at 5PM (their desired date, but different time). Today is June 11 and is now 2PM. I get notification from Calendly that we're cancelled AGAIN then shortly rescheduled for tomorrow, June 12.

This is an issue because Fiance and I have to plan with our work schedule to make the latest appointment available and it's unprofessional to our employers to keep going back and fourth to accommodate us just as much as it is being unprofessional using a calendar that you're requiring clients/leads to use but continuously not obliging by. I suggest the team 'shop' other venues to understand what good communication and scheduling is. We're so disappointed to eliminate Bankers Ballroom because it looks like a dream venue but the communication is not great and we would be so stress if this is the same communication we get on the big day.

My company provides security for some of the events held at the Banker's Ballroom, and although we had one particular client with a bad experience, we've come to discover that it was NOT the venue's fault but that of the client. We would like to retract out earlier review due to a misunderstanding in communication. As a professional service, we take our job seriously as does the venue in following policy for the safety and well being of patrons who attend these events. The Banker's Ballroom owners and their staff will not compromise over such an important rule and for this reason, we now uphold the highest respect for the Banker's Ballroom and their staff. We've come to realize that one bad incident does not make a bad business. Quality service at the highest of standards is what the Banker's Ballroom is all about maintaining. We hope to continue business with them in helping to achieve that goal.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception here on April 16, 2016 and it was AMAZING!!! The ballroom is beautiful with tall pillars to go with the high ceiling and such big elegant chandeliers that just tie everything together. The ballroom itself was really clean with new bathrooms, tile,carpet and draping. We loved how here we were able to hire our own catering company and bartending services. We had around 400 people and the place didn't fill small, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is nice and big also with plenty of space. We loved how during the week we were able to bring things in little by little and store it there so it didn't all have to be done in one day. Also if there is no event going on the night before you are able to have your vendors come and set up. The manager there was GREAT! She was on top of everything and made sure things got done when needed. She returns calls and text messages ASAP and was busy the day of making sure things ran smoothly. Overall this place was the perfect venue for our wedding, we are so happy with our decision in picking this Ballroom we highly recommend it. I hope this review helps and I wish you enjoy your event there as much as we did 🙂
