Hello. My name is Starlight. I'm currently residing in a one bdroom at this location 1309 w shaw. And I currently do owe rent for the months of July-Sept, first and foremost. I am very responsible a person of accountability, if I am wrong I've no problem admitting. If you are wrong I will also say you are wrong when it's my place. With that being said; these staff 1309 West Shaw Ave, M Lee, Klee, and Ms. T are bullies. They are extremely unethical employees. I am a slender yet curvy woman. I'm kind so I assume everyone else are the same. I've been financially struggling for a few months, so April -June I owed rent in the amount of 1215, I was finally capable of paying that full amount June 13, 2024. June 18, I had a meeting with Ms. T, K was present they both made comments on my dress and how I look then tracy stated I should get one just like it for her son's wedding, K commented yeah you should. Kaylee prior to this conversation asked me what was the occasion, I replied no occasion I always dress it was just ( Kaylee intervene). she said, stress, I said yes. The whole time nothing about any late fees for the month of June never came up, their last words were, I should get a dress just like it, yeah you should! Oh Starlight, I'm sorry I didn't know you were still here, yeah we're done now. June 24, 2024 I received a 3 day notice to quit to late fees I owe for the month of June in the amount of $95.00 because everyday after the 6 of the month there's a late fee of $46.00. Honestly the one the mailed I through in the garbage because I thought to myself you could've said something and why did you except the rent. Then July I wasn't sure what to do because if you owe money they said they're unable to except next months rent. However I still have to pay it. So July I never received a 3 day notice for July just a phone message from Kaylee saying I missed my July rent July 9, 2024 M and Ms. T knocked at my door July 16, with a document saying it was for if I feel as if I've been treated unfairly anytime while renting here, I have the right to speak to some one and report it. Then August 20, 2024 I get an unlawful detainer posted on my door. And in the notice nowhere does its mention late fees for June, which I thought that was the reason for the unlawful detainer, at least that would've made sense. Wednesday I received a 24 hour notice to come in and perform repair inspections on the 20 making that today, but they enter my unit and damage steal and etcetera every time I leave my unit. I have 3 mini cameras in this unit, but because my phone isn't working I couldn't see anything but 2 close acquaintances have the access to the video, And caught all three M, Ms. T, And K entering my unit the same day after I left. He showed Ms.Tracy going through my clothes in my closet, my bedroom drawers, looking through my clothes on my bed, looking through my things in the bathroom and bathroom closet. They're caught looking through my things &destructing my things. Much more I could write a small novel. The place is nice, the program also, but the current female staff members aren't. He's still going through the videos, They literally watch my every move, and it's 5:12 P.M. they didn't do the inspection not in 24 hours or 48, but Monday after I come back there's going to be a 24 hour notice on my door and they dated it for a prior day, to enter. Then cal aim gives a five thousand dollar deposit on your behalf, these staff members M, make it look like you owe money to keep the deposit. The man on property causing destruction, btw, he's also on the video September, I have to look at the video date for the exact date.Before I had pictures of the damages, no clue who the one I seen isn't a maintenance guy, he lives here on the property. Also Ms T 5-19-24. was recorded reading the 24 hr. notice I put back on the door so someone besides me would see the contradiction. Concocted deceitful notice was produced, she slipped in my unit while she read the notice
