The staff were very friendly, and professional. The room was decent size, but the lounge chair was aged and lightly stained. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows.

Now, for the negative. The shower had very little water pressure and flow. To say water drizzled out of the shower would be giving too much credit to the little water that came out. As if not being able to take a shower was bad enough, there was no hot water to the tub, or bathroom sink. The toilet barely flushed, the flush handle had to held down until the water (and other stuff) would drain down the toilet bowl. The final negative thing about the room we stayed in is the remote to the TV had to be finagled to turn on and off the TV. Of all these issues, the TV remote is the least but when paying for a hotel room it is not unreasonable to expect the plumbing to function properly.

The front desk staff and manager (Steven) are top notch. I booked this room through a third party travel site and Steven guided me through the resolution process with the third party travel site.

Supposed to be a smoke-free room but just heavily 'perfumed' room. Mattress disappointing, and room definitely could have been cleaner. Carpet desired of replacement. Wish, when they charge people for smoking, that they'd spend that money properly clean room and/or repair smoke burns

Easy freeway access. Not a great area but it's surrounded by a gate. Didn't notice any nonsense the couple times I've been there on business. Room entry is from exterior of building like a motel not a hotel.

Nice and clean but that is where things fall apart. The toilet handle stuck, the heater didn’t work (in winter!) and the gardener operated an incredibly loud leaf blower for over an hour in the morning. Close to downtown but pretty sketchy neighborhood. Homeless people wandering onto the property. Safety questionable. L

Pretty sure the room wasn't cleaned properly, found lots of hair and crumbs on the floor(they stuck to my feet when I took offf my shoes) my white socks turned black on the carpet and a random blue ribbon that belong to neither me nor my partner. The people here are nice but the rooms are not well cleaned .... would have cleaner rooms at a motel 6 .... at least nothing will stick to my feet.

I’ll give you a quick five stars for all the employees do great job. Especially Maritza who had several times in the past month and she’s always friendly helpful very knowledgeable on a job and the area around her. She makes my trip Much more manageable so I think such great employee everyone of them has been great and helpful. I just thought I had to give Marissa So props are always helping out with a smile thank you guys

Marissa was the one who helped at the front desk and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!!

The phone was ringing off the hook, customers coming in with questions and trying to check in by the minute, and she still helped me to the best of her abilities with a smile!

Because of customer service like the kind she provided is the reason I would come back.

Steven who is the manager as well helped me with an issue and was very helpful in the matter.

Once again I show to your hotel to be greeted with a big smile positive personality, and awesome vibe Maritza, who is at the front desk, has been there in more than several occasions,When I’ve checked inn.To be welcomed like that every-time after especially after long flight is awesome.
She literally puts me in check to smile more and know every will be how we make it !! Thanks Maritza
