The man at the register (maybe the owner/middle eastern) no people skills at all. Not friendly with his customers. I came in, smile & said hello. He barely replied… looked upset. I tried to do a bit of chit chat just to see if his customer service manners would get better. He failed flat! This was my 3rd visit & my last unfortunately. He has been the same every time but this time around he got worse. He almost looks like he hates it. Not sure if he hates his job, Clearlake or us, the customers.

Worst customer service guy at the register was so rude started screaming at me and my mom for blending a smoothie when we were in line about to pay for it and then accused my sister of grabbing things when all she had was a pop that had been paid for already. Before accusing someone you should have proof will never go back and don’t recommend anyone with kids go in either.

Lake County Scanner and Awareness

I went to Gas and Food Stop today and bought 2 of their F'real milkshakes. I peeled the lid off and put the shake in the cup slot the machine has. I've done it before (about 2 or 3 separate occasions) and it worked with no issue. Yet this time the machine made a loud noise that it definitely hadn't done the other times and I figured something went wrong. Sure enough, the milkshake was almost completely gone and the bit of ice cream left was stuck to the sides with a big hole in the middle of it. The guy at the register told me he was sorry but he couldn't refund me because apparently I did something wrong to the machine to make it happen. When I asked if I, myself could talk to the manager, he called him and only talked to him and didn't let me, and also explained it in his skewed side of the story and didn't let me talk to his boss. After telling me he'd call the cops after I asked again to talk to his boss, I said I'd leave but I'd make a post about it, to which he said "go ahead, no one's gonna believe you". This was with Myself, my girlfriend, and 2 other friends, and there was another customer at the register as he said it. The picture below is both milkshakes I paid for with the smaller one being the one I was left with after this incident. If anyone likes to not get cheated out of money and/or doesn't like scummy businesses, boycott that store. It'd do us all a favor. — feeling annoyed.

Grab lunch here today it was awesome I called the head they have a big menu you can get shrimp chicken cooked in different ways it's awesome I advised don't pass this up. It's got a little bit of a tight parking lot but it's worth it.

My stepson want to hear on his 10th birthday to get a donut and was pointing out the cool looking scratchers and this lady that was working there said she owns this place started cussing him out on his birthday telling him he couldn't look at that and started cussing at me in front of a whole bunch of people right inside of the store and she said she owns this business I wouldn't buy anything else from the store if I had to 0 I was very disappointed with the service I was crying when I left and she wouldn't give me the manager's number

This store has a surplus of products so you can find just about anything you need, the cashiers are friendly and the store front is clean, organized. Fast in and out!
