(Flung Chopsticks at My Child!)The lady that's at the front counter already has quite the reputation for being rude. I never write reviews but tonight I just had to, The lady that answers the phone/works the register is horrible, and was very irate when I called in after My daughter and Mother left within minutes, I called in to speak to someone else, She refused to let Me speak to someone else, saying that "No one speaks English", I told Her "Ma'am that isn't true". I did not feel comfortable speaking to Her since She is the one that flung the chopsticks at My child, I asked Her why would She do a thing like that? My daughter asked Her nicely. The lady lied again act like She didn't know what I was talking about at first but then after Her not being able to lie Her way out of this, things took a quick turn, You would think I was the one "On the clock" when I tried to keep things calm and Professional. I told Her She should not be so irate, instead She should be apologetic. She hung up on Me, Could have been My kindness that ticked Her off, She called Me back and was still irate, lying and cursed at Me again, I still kept My calm demeanor and told Her "My kid was kind to You and asked nicely for chopsticks" after being scolded and gas lite by Her on the phone again I told her that at this time I'd rather report Her, I didn't feel like staying on the phone to be spoken to the way She spoke to Me. It is inexcusable to treat any costumer at ANY AGE the way She did and That's That! The way She treated this You would think She was wronged. this could be because I ordered just one thing. I don't find that to be a good excuse to do that to someone's little girl. I don't wish anyone ill will, I do think that She needs to take accountability because Her actions and words are Shameful.

It was ok for a Chinese buffet, friends brought us there and treated us so I enjoyed it. Couple things we didn’t care for like egg drop soup, tempura broccoli (yuck) and potstickers wife didn’t like any of it said it was all bland or tasted like it was cooked in old oil

Went in for late lunch in a quiet and wonderful town of Lakeport. Most of the restaurants were closed as it was late in the afternoon, so we didn’t have enough options. Just wanted to give this restaurant a try since it the closet one that was open.
We had chicken chow mein and combo spicy eggplant dish that came with rice, soup and a side of spring roll. Chicken chowmein was average. There was hardly any chicken and a few pieces that came tasted different than chicken. Chicken pieces were super soft like tofu and I really wasn’t sure what to make of it! Eggplant dish was super oily( it looked like deep fried) and sweet, which wasn’t to our liking. Soup and spring roll were just okay.

I'm so sad that we were just passing through on vacation, because this was the best Chinese we've ever had. They were closing at 9, and we arrived at 8:15. They made us feel very welcome. The dishes came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I wish I could get their sesame chichen recipe. It was the best!! Lots of love from Alaska!

Ordered prawn, beef, chicken combo #3 chef special.....came with 1 prawn and a very large pile of celery. Wouldn't recommend. Also ordered the shrimp and scallop dish....not a single shrimp. If you ask what is in the wonton noodle soup they will tell you soup....go figure. Table caddie was filthy. Pepper shaker was sticky, soy sauce container was dirty, sugar container was dirty and sticky. Boxes and trash stacked inside in plain sight.
