I am unclear why this hotel has such high reviews. It makes no sense. I stayed here for one night with my partner during our visit to Napa in January of 2025. This was one of two locations in the area that Marriott allowed points to be used. I briefly skimmed the reviews and the place seemed fine. Its not. The entire hotel smelled awful. The hallways, the lobby, and our room all had a very strong smell of what I can only describe as stinky feet. There is carpet everywhere so I assume it needs a deep cleaning or replacement. The rooms are very old and in desperate need of a remodel or upgrade. The hotel is also located next to a major highway so it’s extremely loud. The woman working at the front desk was so nice, helpful and great at her job. Only positive part of the brief stay.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend back in November (2024) as I wanted to celebrate in Napa, and it was a great experience. The front staff was very welcoming and sweet, they made sure I had a great birthday weekend by sending me a box of chocolates, champagne bottle, and a bday card! So sweet, they made my weekend. Our room was very clean, and very spacious. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay for visit to Napa. Comfortable and quiet room. The free breakfast is beyond expectation with plenty of of foods till the closing time - very impressive. Overall we had very good time here.

I stayed here for 5 days with my family. The 5 days were peace and tranquility, there was no noise, everything was safe. The rooms are clean and large. the pool clean. The employers are very kind, the houskeeping and the kitchen girls are very friendly and are always attentive to your needs. I am very satisfied and very grateful. Don't forget to leave a tip. A great venue. Marriott and its staff saved a chunk of our holiday from being a disaster! We had been misled and let down by a nearby Hilton residency!|The barman was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was sufficient and the hotel’s position was ideal for our needs

Beautiful hotel in Napa. We stayed three nights and used this as a base for our San Francisco stops. Conveniently located just off the highway. Lovely outdoor pool but sadly the hot tub was still broken. The outdoor space with fire pit was also very nice. Room was spacious and clean and they serviced it every day.

If you’re looking for a place that’s not just convenient but also charming, SpringHill Suites Napa Valley is a standout. Located right by the Napa airport and just a stone’s throw from LA Strada, it’s easy to get to and offers a lot more than your average hotel.

The suites are gorgeous, with a layout that breaks away from the usual cookie-cutter design. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and far from the typical square box with a bed and a dingy bathroom. Everything here feels fresh and thoughtfully designed, making it both a comfortable and affordable option for a Napa getaway.

Whether you’re in town for a quick stopover or a longer stay, this place is well worth considering.

Husband and I came here for a relax-by-the-pool babymoon weekend right before the birth of our second baby. We had a nice time. What the hotel lacks in polish, it makes up for with really nice, helpful staff and decent amenities. ||Pros:|- we were initially assigned a small, first floor, cave-like room facing the parking lot and the management was able to reassign us to a much nicer 3rd floor room facing the pool! This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. |- the rooms have fully operable windows which was amazing. Do great to capture the cool breeze at night instead of running the noisy, stuffy AC|- Beautiful pool and nice loungey area with big towels and configurable shade structure. The pool was busy but not too crowded which was nice. Water was lovely and very clean!!|-all staff were incredibly kind and helpful |-free EV charging was an awesome and unexpected perk|-decent free breakfast||Cons|- older, smaller rooms with awkward layouts. Not a deal breaker for me. |- they could really improve the free breakfast with a few small tweaks: 1. Please provide real coffee cups. Drinking coffee out of paper is such a drag plus it's just super wasteful. 2. Would love to see some fresh, cut fruit options 3. Ice at breakfast would be nice. |- Location is meh. Know that you will be staying off a pretty busy street in basically a business/office park. This was a fine trade off but something to be aware of going into your stay.|- too many tip solicitations signs everywhere. Makes the hotel feel cheap |||This would be a great, economical place to stay for an out of town family visiting napa for a wedding.
