Great experience at this location. The staff, especially Erik (with a K), was very professional, friendly, and attentive to any needs I had. Erik went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. My room was also very cozy, clean, and well supplied with all the amenities I needed. The location is safe, quiet , and accessible to stores, freeway,etc. I love that each unit has its on kitchen, as I love to cook and the housekeeping is very professional and thorough. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely be a repeat guest.

I experienced heavy presence of bugs from both my original room and the room I moved into from June to September and random presence from October up until now. I was expecting the next room I moved into will address the bug issues but it was even worst. Hotel Maintenance Staff made an ocular inspection of the 2nd room and found out there were a lot of holes and gaps underneath the sink, dry wall behind the refrigerator and in between baseboards. He extensively caulked and covered the holes that just minimized the presence of bugs after that.

Also, I communicated to Hotel Management and Guest Relations in mid October that the bathroom tub filler or spout from the room next to mine produces a loud, squealing sound that always rouse me from sleep early in the morning on a daily basis. And it has always been that way since I moved in from my original room to my present room since June. I'm literally losing 1-1/2 to 2 hours of sleep everyday because of that and is indeed an extreme inconvenience from my end. Since the root cause couldn't be determined, I was told that Hotel Maintenance just replaced the bathtub spout and shower head to the other room but it didn't resolve the noise issue. I was requesting for at least a reasonable compensation such as some free nights due to the continuing terrible inconvenience it's causing me but such request is just falling to deaf ears. I couldn't afford to move again to another room because other rooms might even be worser due to possible bug presence and the fact that it's too exhausting to move out stuff again. Hotel Management communicated that since they already replaced the bathtub spout and showerhead from the other room, they won't take further action anymore. And that if I could no longer bear the annoying sound from the other room, I'm free to check-out. Coming from Hotel Management, I think that's an inappropriate and rude recommendation especially for a long term Hotel Guest like me who has been already considered a Very Important Guest. A more reasonable and appropriate feedback though would have been "We will continue to look into the issue to assure you of a more pleasant stay and experience in our Hotel "

I am willing to provide an improved review rating if the loud noise coming from the next room to mine gets effectively addressed.

I suggest Hotel Corporate should also step up and look into the lingering next room noise issue.

PS: Hats off and high praises though to a few of the entire Hotel Staff like Sunia, Daniel, Tiffany, Olivia (Housekeeper) and Celso (Maintenance) who are accomodating, cordial and helpful.

My stay was nice. I had not stayed here in several years. Erick the Frontdesk attended was friendly and has excellent customer service. The 4 stars was for the room my bathroom cabinet veneer was water damaged and separated very badly. There were some housekeeping points that should have been better. The cleaning of the telephone and bedside table was not done. Overall, I would stay here again

Because of Sonia, my day has been heavenly I appreciate the availability to do my laundry and have plenty of coffee to start my day proper. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs to have a place to stay, especially if they need to stay more than one day.

This is not a hotel for Human Beings. This is a dog shelter littered with dog excrement all over the premises. I was almost attacked by a pitbull. Don't even consider this place if you are a decent Human being. Look at the washing machine, it will give you a sense of how filthy this hotel, a doggie shelter is.
Open a dog shelter not a hotel. shameless people

Look, never use the washer here. I'm here on business for a pest control company, and there are German cockroaches everywhere! Especially in laundry room.

Update-- now that I know there are roaches, I looked inside my room and found one in the bathtub! Posted a picture of that, and the black mold in the top corner of the bathroom... I expect some kind of reparations for this. All my clothes will either have to be thrown away, so I don't infect my house and cost myself thousands of dollars. As well as I hope I don't get sick from the black mold spores.

Sonia has made my transition here very pleasant and easy. I have been the beneficiary of excellent service from Suleman and his staff. They have been very responsive to all my requests. I highly recommend staying here when in the area.

COCKROACHES!!!!! And the staff has been informed yet the hotel is still having guests and not taking care of the issue!!! It's not the front desks fault, not blaming them, but this is NOT a new concern!!! They are in the washing machine, bath tubs, everywhere!! There is also black mold in some rooms and dirty carpet in other's. I thought my bathtub had a "stain". Yet it went away after I took a shower 🤢. Run away.... Run far, far away!!

I now need to throw everything away that was in that room and am VERY upset!! I am itching and constantly feel like something is crawling on my arms and legs. I'm adopting a baby and this Wednesday is the first time I get to see her so while in town I bought some clothes and baby blankets. Now I can't give them to her and that's the most upsetting!!
I work in pest control and work books a lot of rooms here at this location specifically. You bet I am passing this on to them and everyone else I can!!
