I booked a group of 25 rooms here and the booking process was super easy. We also did a group dinner and the food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and my whole group had nothing but positive feedback. We will definitely be back again, and we can't wait to see the newly renovated rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet during my stay. Very relaxing between my days out between the hot tub, pool and courtyard area. It was very easy to access and close to all the essential foods and services. Staff treated us great during our stay.

We are diamond elite !!! We made a reservation for a celebration of life. My husband was in an accident and couldn’t make the trip. My daughter didn’t want me to go by myself so went with me. Trust me, diamond elite, we’ve stayed at holiday inn “many” times. I always make the reservation and customer service knows to talk to me. We fly in and check in. Because my husband wasn’t with me, we were using points, they refused us. I said my husband will verify by call…no. She said let me see your credit card. It was the one on record. She said but I still can’t allow this. Then why did she want my card. After around 50 years of IHG loyalty, guess we’re done. We did find another hotel Marriott brand. They couldn’t believe our story!!

Under construction all over the place, so side entrances are not working and you have to go for a long walk through hallways, often through construction zones with plastic separaters to find the front entrance. No free breakfast, water fountains in the entire place are all broken. Gym water jug was also not filled.

Staff was nice enough to fill up my water bottle though at the front desk. Room was clean and well maintained.

I was originally okay with all of this, given that the room rate was cheaper than other local options. However, I drop this to a 2 star (which is generous) due to the ridiculous add-on fees they tack on.

If you book through the website, watch out, they'll advertise a low rate, $119.73 USD per night, then tack on $72.14 USD tax and recovery fee, and then tack on $18.71 USD in "Refund Protection" which I don't recall selecting at checkout (may have been one of those barely visible checkboxes at checkout).

I'm a big fan of Holiday Inns typically, but won't be returning here again. This rate was ridiculous given the construction and low quality of the accommodations.

The place is under renovation so staying here now is not recommended but who knows what the future holds.
The staff were friendly and helpful. But the facility, not makes it not a place to stay. Also no complimentary breakfast and the pet fee was significantly higher than average, which was particularly annoying because the place is being renovated.

I was staying here for work the week of Jan 13, 2025.

I went to sleep at 9, and all I heard was music continuing to be played outside my room. It was annoying but I was so tired that I fell asleep.

I wake up later and that music is still playing around midnight, so I call the front desk to look into it. The guy who answered said he would look into it. An hour later, it’s still playing and I am mad at this point and call back.

Turns out the first worker didn’t do anything because a shift change took place and the employee who relieved him didn’t know about the complaint. She investigated and found that the music came from the in-house music system and she didn’t have the ability to turn off the music.

Why the hell would you have in-house music blaring by the rooms that late at night?

She moved me into a different room closer to 2AM. I only got two hours of sleep before needing to leave for my work appointment.

Don’t stay here, this place is not good.

Normally, I love this hotel and come here for the indoor pool. Now mind you, I never have been here when it is really cold out. When it is cold outside, it is just as cold inside the indoor pool area. See attached photos for the reason why. Open vents that never close on the roof. I am here in November,and it is cold as ice in here, and the pool is not very heated. I could only handle it for 20 minutes or so instead of spending the whole day here. So this is a warning, if it is cold outside and you are looking for an "indoor" pool, skip this property entirely. I am not very happy. I come here often with my family, but because of this, it will be the last time. Do not advertise an indoor pool when it has an open ceiling and gets very cold inside. Do better Holiday Inn. Disappointing.

Came to Dublin for soccer tournament. Location close to it. Staff great for check in and check out. Room smelled, air conditioner cover brocken,furniture dirty,bedding dirty,no menu in room,noTV guide. The construction, not a problem. The dirty,scratched up furniture a problem. The blinds didn't shut and where broken. I always get a room that includes breakfast, this location said its not included. Never again.
