I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room I was given had a cockroach in the fridge. Management moved me to a second room, but it was just as bad—there was a spider and dirty sheets! I took pictures of everything and reported it to management. They assured me they would call me back, but after I sent all the pictures, I never heard from them again.

I don’t know if corporate is aware of the poor cleanliness and lack of accountability at this location, but it’s unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Stayed here as I had work in that area. I talked to the front desk early and asked if it was alright if I checked out early as sometimes my work travel finishes early. They said it was fine and this has never been an issue with any Hilton in the pass. I ended up checking out a day early and they charged me through the original reservation. They have been slow and a pain to deal with on the matter and I would strongly recommend other government workers to not stay here.

I stayed here from 10/18 to 10/20 and had a great experience thanks to Crystal at the front desk. Working the afternoon and night shift, she was patient, kind, and friendly to our group. She handled all our inquiries calmly and kept the line moving smoothly, demonstrating excellent service throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her professionalism.

The hotel as a whole is a little dated but the rooms themselves are a little more updated and definitely clean. We had a few minor issues but it wasn’t enough to out weigh the comfort, quiet and customer service experience. ||We had booked a King Sofa Bed room for our family of 4 but was originally placed in a king bed only room. It was quickly fixed as soon as we let them know and they placed in another room right away.||The pool looks bigger in the photos but it was still a nice size and the waterfall wall provided nice ambiance. Pool towels are a bit small and thin. The outdoor area outside the pool has a bunch of tables with umbrellas and couches with fire pits. ||The double queen is pretty standard size but I will say it was VERY quiet. We didn’t hear anyone is adjoining rooms and barely heard when people were in the hallways. We were on the pool view side and even that noise was minimal. A/C is on the louder side, in case you are a light sleeper. ||Front desk was friendly, we received our cookies upon arrival and I was happy to see they offer allergy free cookies. ||Overall, we still enjoyed our short stay and found it comfortable and clean though I can imagine the slight wear around the edges would not be up to everyone’s standards.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is fraudulently charging me three months after I stayed here and prepaid in full. I called and they gave me the run around, sent me to a manager who approved the charges and then sent me to voicemail.

The gym charge was resolved, I'm now more concerned that the fraudulent charge of hundreds of dollars to my credit card is not directly addressed by the comment below. Again, don't stay here if you want to prevent a future headache and not have hundreds of dollars stolen from you.

Stayed two nights in room 241 and it was amazing. Everything was clean and operational. We are breakfast and dinner here, both of which were great. The best thing was access to Bay Club, you will be so surprised at how huge, clean and amazing the Club is!! We will be back!!
