The room was great and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and there was coffee available at the front desk every morning. About a 15 minute walk to BART. My main drawbacks were that the shower drained too slowly, so water would pool at my feet, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and there were leaves in the pool. Overall it was a good value and there was no major issues.

A previous few visits were great. But the last TWO times we had PAID reservation, AND called to make aware we were arriving really late, so obv keep our room, did they? NOPE. They showed the highest level of hospitality disregard, and CANCELLED our reservation, and when we arrived, tired as hell, we were turned away. What's worse, is they keep it money and mark your stay as COMPLETE so when you attempt to call the corporate level for help, you look like a liar. Our last two visits. Not just a one-time thing the last two. I'm curious if anybody else has experienced this and if this is some sort of scam to keep money that is not theirs. Sickening.

This Motel 6 is awesome. I have stayed here often, it is a preferred spot when I visit the Bay Area, I don’t even mind having to travel a little ways out from where I am going to stay here. The location is great, and the BART is very close by. The rooms have been recently remodeled. It had been several years since I’ve stayed here and recently I spent one night and I just have to say that Debby and Michelle are AWESOME! The service there was just exceptional all around. I ended up accidentally leaving some important things behind and both of them went above and beyond to find and return them to me. Their customer service is outstanding. I hope the owners and upper management will give them recognition for the great job they are doing.

Horrible place to stay at, they say they're non smoking rooms and they smell like someone literally smoked a pack of cigarettes in my room, just nasty , found hairs all over my bed sheets

Clean, safe, affordable, and pet-friendly. This was my second stay at this location. The male night clerk is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've encountered in the industry. I was skeptical about using the app but it makes reserving a breeze, and usually save about $10-15 a night.

Great no-frills hotel if all you’re looking for is a clean bed. Great location, very close to BART. Heater wasn’t working in our room so it was a bit chilly in the winter weather. Just needed a place to sleep so it worked fine for our purposes.

I don't know where to start because I usually don't do this, but I feel it is necessary to let other people know. On Sat January 13th I stopped off the freeway having a medical issue it was raining really hard outside an I was having trouble seeing. When I got there an entered the office, there was a older lady at the desk with no shoes on who informed she had been there since 6am an please ignore the no shoes. Wasn't even a problem. I checked in and when I entered the room I was so disgusted off the smell alone it made me sick. Human piss. 🤢🤮 Idk where to even start. The room was so bad it was clear someone had resided in the room prior an was not properly cleaned. There was Human feces on the wall, there was piss dripping from the toilet. There was a brown substance dripping from the tub. The whole entire room was gross. I stayed long enough to find another hotel, and exited the room due to me being so sick I wasn't able to go express my concern at the time. I waited until Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. When I called an asked to speak to manager she came on the phone very rude an irritated I informed her of the room condition and she told me I was lying. I informed her I have pictures with the time and date on them an I wasn't lying. She informed me she could give me half my money back, which is not acceptable for me. When I expressed this I was hung up on. So if you want to chance coming in to contact with others human bodily waste or what ever else was dripping off the toilet. Go ahead. Absolutely disgusting
