Bad customer service at Pharmacy. Been out of town and went to pick up meds that were going to be returned to shelf.

Standing in line as they were serving someone. When they finished with them, they closed window/cage and told us to come back in a half hour.

Not sure how much longer this store is going to last. Lot of empty shelves and bad customer service doesn't usually keep places open for long.

Update: Glad I didn't wait the half hour but came back later. Was told they didn't have any prescription for pickup. Too bad they couldn't have told me that the first time instead of closing the window on us and making me come back.

I've heard people complain about their Pharmacy and now I see why.

Update 2: Got home and told my wife they don't have her prescription so she called them and was told that they do have it, they made a mistake, so now back for the 3rd time to get it. What a joke of customer service.

I would like to report an excellent experience at the Clearlake CA. Rite aid. Dealing with a constipation experience I'll call it, your pharmacist at the store, name tag Gamal, walked me through options never even hinted at at the local clinics by what has become, more and more, staff who are often just nurse practitioners without the wherewithal to diagnose anything more than the obvious. Mr. Gamal was patient but direct with more than a solution, but included options that allowed me being able to manage my care much more effectively. Kudos to your organisation and staff.

For 5 + months I've been going there and today the pharmacist the tech and FE manager treated me rudely
So tomorrow I will be calling DM and PDM
I've worked in Rite Aid pharmacy for 30 yrs...I asked for 4 single needles and Syringes to go with a testosterone script. They denied me
I know the law I can get 8.
Now my husband's shot is delayed.
I'm a licensed pharmacy tech ..
So there will be reprocustions

Poor service to the community and endangering the lives of others by failure to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It took three days to get a prescription that was in stock simply because they were too busy. It’s clear from other Reviews that this pharmacy is consistent in its failure to adequately and safely service the community. They need to be reported and Rite Aid needs to be held to responsible. I cannot complain about the attitude of staff as our experience has been that they were kind and respectful and helpful to the extent possible but ridiculously understaffed and inadequately trained.

Worst experience I ever had at the pharmacy. I love the front cashiers. They’re the best, but the pharmacy is the worst experience I ever had there. GAMAL is a manager there and is super disrespectful. Who likes to yell at the customers. And this guy is a manager. I asked him politely to write his name on a piece of paper. He ignored me, so I had to ask him again. He slammed the paper on the table, wrote it in big letters, and refused to give me the number so I can file a complaint I had to get it from one of the nice ladies at the front desk. I already called and filed a complaint against him

These 2 new pharmacists one is the oriental lady and the other a Indie lady are rude inconsiderate and so very unprofessional due to the fact that they think they they have the right to judge the customer/patient and they have the right to decide whether to give you your medication and they play God with your prescription. They are there to serve the customers and fill prescriptions for the community NOTTO JUDGE AND ACT SUPERIOR TO THE PUBLIC!!!their attitudes and unprofessionalism are pretty disgusting

I have been trying to reach the pharmacy via phone over the last 3 days. Today I called the main number, they told me the pharmacy has 2 open lines, and he told me to hold on while he let them know they had a call waiting. I literally sat on hold for over an hour. I am now about to get in my car to drive 20 minutes one way to ask a question about my prescription that would take less than 30 seconds on the phone!! And that they were supposed to call me about. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. No business should be allowed to get away with not answering their phones.

The gals that work there are so very sweet and helpful so helpful especially Kristi she really knew her stuff . She was so very knowledgeable!. I also appreciate the sales associate Pena she also helped me get my long eyelashes lol
