Relaxing environment with great amenities! I really enjoyed the full-body massage chairs and steam rooms. The view from the outdoor lounge chairs is equally as impressive, and poolside service from the spa’s bistro was greatly appreciated. Awesome customer service throughout the day, everyone was so nice and attentive.

Amazing experience. I had a full body scrub and wrap. Theresa was my therapist. I really enjoyed the relaxation and my skin has felt incredibly soft since the treatment. I will be returning.

This spa is pretty. A little dated but has an abundance of good features. The problem is, I didn’t get access to them. I scheduled a massage for 3:00 expecting to have a few hours, according to the hours listed on line, to enjoy the sauna’s, steam room etc. I arrived about 2:30. The front desk person asked for my payment in advance. Weird but ok. I got a nice tour of the facility, showing me the cafe where I could purchase food, steam rooms, pool and sauna, along with the relaxation lounge. I changed into my robe and then waited to be called for my massage. The seasonal massage was just ok. I also opted for the extra head massage with oil. It was terrible. Not relaxing at all. He was practically scrubbing my head and so quickly I had to ask him to stop. Left the message room to find the stream rooms were off, two other guest were confused as well. When I finally asked the back attendant she said “oh we close at 4:00”. Not one person mentioned this! Not the person checking me in, not the person confirming my appointment, not the tour guide. The attendant saw the disappointment in my face and quickly offered a pass so that I could use the facility the following day. I think that would have been nice. But when I left, I asked the other attendant about the pass, she proceeded to tell me that I should have known the hours. She huffed and signed making me really feel uncomfortable about asking for the pass. She gave me the pass, but honestly, I felt like it I showed up with it I was going to be met with pushback. Customers be weary! I love a great spa day, but this place isn’t a place to go for one!

I wasn't sure if it was worth $220 (including tip) for a facial but when I was laying there and she was exfoliating and extracting and my hands and feet were encased in warm wax while the relaxing music played, I decided I was WORTH IT! Do it for you and get there early to lay by the spa pool before and after your treatment! Pro Tip - Don't forget the water and the wine...and sunscreen!

I'm a regular spa goer, especially on vacation. This is the 4th spa in the Palm Springs area, I visited and it was by far the best. Firstly, the facilities were fantastic. The change rooms were spacious with lots of lockers and towels. Showers were exceptional (rain shower head plus additional 4 heads that can be turned on simultaneously and temperature controlled electronically). In the men's locker room they had a comfortable lounge area, hot tub, two different steam rooms and a sauna. My massage was good, but the massage bed not creaking, really stood out. Despite loving everything above the service of the staff and management was the biggest standout. Very impressed overall and will certainly be back. Keep up the great work!
