Everything has been great. My only suggestion since there is carpet, is access to a vacuum because the sand and dirt in the desert gets everywhere. A cutting board would’ve been helpful too, it’s the only thing missing with all the kitchenware stocked. Also, some type of surface cleaner to clean the table and counters. Other than that, love the amenities and the updated living space and the security of the property.

Horrible, horrible experience with this place. It was disgusting it had a horrible smell. Light switches were black. Left with an almost empty box of Kleenex. The trim on the bathroom was destroyed. The shower was dirty and has looked like it has not been cleaned in forever ever. The kitchen sink still had food in it. The lights on the upstairs bathroom were completely full of brown, goop and dusty. The beds sheets looked like they were not washed. There were crumbs on the sheets and black stains. The kitchen chairs were all full of white stains. The fruit bowl in the kitchen had crumbs in it. The pool had a dirty sock, it was a white sock that was completely black. The registers were Full of black stuff. To say the least this place was disgusting. I would never recommend anybody stay at this place. Here are just a couple of the pictures I got.

Great value for the price. Condo was very spacious and with a fully equipped kitchen. Front desk Elizabeth was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Bad parts - waited in line at security gate for super long time to get into property. The condo was not very clean at all and the housekeeper left her long hair all over the condo.

Units are clean and basic but were functional for our needs. 5 persons stayed for 6 nights. Erika was extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

We traded our timeshare with GPX from SanJuan Capistrano and were unimpressed with the condo. Although it was recently painted and made over, it was old and dated in many ways. Old cabinets, old countertops, old bathroom shower and tub. The kitchen lights would dim and flicker when using the microwave. Mattress was comfortable but the one side had no support and a sunken spot from apparently a very large person. Internet was spotty and would cut out at times in addition to being slow. No gym, laundry area quite a distance from the condo. Location in Indio is less than ideal as most of the restaurants and shopping are in Palm Desert or La Quinta.

I am leaving 4 Stars because of the overall price we paid for a family of 5 (+ pooch)- about $125 a night with fees etc. For that price it's a bargain. I wouldn't say it is a "vacation club," more like a simple townhouse. Our 2-story unit had 2 rooms, with 3 beds (Queen, 2 Twin) & a sleeper sofa. So we were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but clean. There is 1-1/2 bathrooms & small kitchen. Everything was there to prepare meals; pots/pans, dishes, glasses & cups. Also 5-cup coffee machine & toaster. There is also a dining room. A big plus is they allow pets. It had everything we needed except for a laundry room, but there is a community laundry room (we didn't use it).

We weren't on a vacation, but spent 2 nights there and it was very quiet. I actually got 8+ hours of uninterrupted sleep. That being said, I was in the upstairs master bedroom which faces the front. My daughter slept in the room with the 2 twin beds, which faces the back. There is a small retaining wall where the back yard ends. On the other side was a big street and my daughter said the noise from passing cars was a bit of bother, but if you put kids in that room, I am sure it wouldn't be a problem. I think the windows were single-paned, hence not that quiet, from that 2nd bedroom.

If you golf, this would be nice as it is in Indian Palms Country Club. There is a restaurant as well, but we didn't go there, so I can't really rate it. There is a heated pool close by. We didn't use that either, but a plus if you have kids.

The staff there were all friendly and helpful, from the staff manning the office, to the security at the front gate. So kuddos to them!

There are markets, pharmacies, restaurants within a mile or two from the Country Club. Overall, the place fitted our needs just about perfectly, and for the price, unbeatable!

Called ahead of check in and specifically asked what the resort fees would be for my stay. Erika told me there would be NO additional fees when i booked, then at check out we were charged for resort fees anyway.

Incidently there is nothing at the hotel that qualifies it as a resort in the first place... a rundown condo development at best. Most people seemed to be living there not vacationing.. a long term care nurse visited several residents on a daily basis.. homeless people were using the laundry facilities and using pool showers etc.

It was at least a relatively quiet neighborhood with automatic entry gates (that sometimes work) and a security patrol car that drives about periodically.

The laundry room by our unit was completely non functional.. and the (tiny) spa tub by our unit was also out of order for the first half of our stay, when it was finally repaired it was unusable due to over chlorination.. to the point of causing chemical burns and stinging eyes within minutes of getting in.

The second laundry room (across the otherside of the compound) was old and dirty and only 2 wash machines worked. With lots of people leaving items in those machines for hours upon the cycle completion etc.

Homeless people would somehow gain access to this room and use the electrical outlets to charge batteries and phones etc. But they all seemed friendly and essentially harmless.

The pool and spa tub next to this laundry room had a main gate that was permanently locked and another that was hidden around back that the homeless folks were leaving ajar to gain access to the showers etc.

The pool and laundry hours are 9am-9pm but they aren't secured and people can and do use them outside those hours.. security doesn't appear to pay any attention.

The accommodation itself was dated and grubby.. the carpets had stains all over and looked very dirty (probably owing to the fact they dont supply a vacuum or broom of any kind).. we had to clean the oven before use, and the dishwasher had food stuck to the front of it.. the beds were very, very (maybe too) soft but the bedding and towels etc. appeared clean. We declined towel service for the entire week as we had plenty already in the unit.

When it comes to customer service we didnt ask for much but the employees offered little and could perhaps do with some hospitality training to avoid the misunderstandings and overcharging of customers credit cards etc.

Not sure how they are claiming to be a FOUR star hotel either... I've stayed in plenty and believe they are three star at best but honestly I'd maybe rate this place as 2 star.

I stayed in a condo near the office. It was spacious, quiet, nicely furnished and clean. I had the best sleep ever in the feather bed! Erika was in the office and was extremely efficient and sweet.
