Wonderful room, location and lounge. The spa is small and fantastic. Had a wonderful signature treatment with Crystal. You can walk along the bay for views and to go to the ferry building with lots of great food and shops. Great views of the bay bridge. Recommended!

Stayed in this beautiful hotel and came to their lovely spa for my birthday weekend. I had a facial treatment with Tima and a massage with Chrystal and both were excellent!! Just amazing. My face has a beautiful glow and after the massage from Chrystal, I feel so relaxed ☺️. Thank you Chrystal and Tina and the staff at Bamford for the most fabulous and relaxing birthday spa experience! The beautiful weather and view overlooking the bay bridge and waterfront and ferry building and waterfront was an added bonus!

The couple’s massage was SO amazing. We did deep tissue with the bath experience and was so perfect. Amal and Mari Cruz were amazing massage therapists and Lauren was a very attentive host! The robes were soft and fluffy along with the skippers too.

It's my first experience with the 1 Hotel brand and I'm very impressed. I booked the stay directly with the hotel and they have good seasonal offers! I'm not sponsored and this review is entirely my own opinion. :)||The hotel prides itself on being a home away from home, and I'll say that it's achieved it. Everyone was really welcoming, from the concierge and bellhops to the restaurant staff. I loved the sustainability touches - from the lack of single-use plastics, to the reclaimed wood for a beautiful and warm aesthetic. The Farm Stand is a nice touch, reminding us of reducing food waste. The app is intuitive to use, making bookings and browsing options easy.||The rooms are well equipped. I went for a room with a city view, but had a splendid view of Bay Bridge as well! Such a plus. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. Crisp sheets, warm furniture, a coffee maker, ironing board and iron, and ample wardrobe space. The showers are spacious. Wi-fi is good, enabling me to work on the fly as well. The sound-isolation is great too, allowing for a good night's sleep. ||I got to use The Field House too, and it's rare for a hotel gym to provide a good selection of weights and a barbell, but they do provide it! There's even a leg press and Pelotons. I liked the rowing machine too. ||Terrene is such a treat, with a seasonal and thoughtful menu and reasonable prices. I enjoyed a dinner with a friend here, and service was prompt and friendly. I liked the Northern Lights touch during this festive season. Their Christmas menu was also a treat, fresh salmon on a base of farro and seasonal greens. Everything is well prepared and healthy!||The Bamford Wellness Spa lives up to its reputation as one of the best. I'm so glad I managed to snag a booking whilst staying here. My therapist is great and I felt so relaxed after the massage. The delicious tea was the cherry on top!||Everything here is clean and thoughtful in design and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's been a most restful vacation. I'd love to come back one day, or visit other locations! I would highly recommend this hotel if you get a chance!

I booked a group client event at Bamford and everything ran smoothly from scheduling to the actual massage service to bath soaks. We also ordered room service for a group lunch on their beautiful patio . The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

This was the best experience of our life we spent our honeymoon here. Everyone was so sweet and amazing I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here this is the best spa that I have ever been to!!! The treatment was wonderful and was the most relaxing!!!

Nice hotel. Awesome location. Roof top decks have great views of the bay bridge and ferry terminal. No coffee in the room 😕 but free pot in the lobby. Restaurant and bar anre kinda small and pretty crowded and loud but plenty of other options in walking distance. Would recommend.

I was here for a company event and there were two rooms that were open for us to use. The rooms are spacious and luxurious.

Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Food ran out quickly so I wish there were more food to go around for everyone at the event. They did try their best to bring out some snacks and other food like yogurt. I do recommend eating the food here.

The outside terrace next to the restaurant was beautiful! Plus there was a nice view of the ocean and Bay Bridge. Plenty of table and chairs for large groups. The rooftop terrace was even more gorgeous with a higher view of the wharf. The rooftop had multiple levels and areas to chill.

I recommend this place for an event but do make sure you account for the amount of people going for food because the food will go quickly and there will be people who will be left hungry.
