This hotel is wonderful. Location is good in newy developed area of Indio, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the front desk were helpful, friendly, and accomodating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were spacious and clean, had a tub/shower combo. Rooms included a small electric stove top, microwave, and full size fridge and freezer. This hotel is perfect and designed for longer stays for families, but was still perfect for our quick one night stay! Beds were comfortable (a little too soft for my liking) but the pillows could be better. Plenty of storage in the room, vinyl flooring, nice television and channel options, and the wifi wasnt to bad either! Other amenities included a big laundry room, a small gym, and vending machines. One downfall, the walls are very thin and you could hear anything happening near you, and no ice machines. But other than that, I would highly recommend and will stay there again!

It's clean and I'm grateful for a place to sleep, full size refrigerator, cook top, but no utensils, no pots or pans, no tissues, no paper towels, and NO ICE MACHINE ON THE PROPERTY. They have 2 empty ice cube trays in the freezer.

I recently booked a 4-night stay at this hotel for my family visiting from Minnesota, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. The rooms (plural, as we had to switch from the first one due to the condition) were absolutely filthy. There was a sticky residue on the furniture, the shower floor was dirty, and we found short black hairs under the blankets and between the sheets. This is unacceptable.

My family is checking out after just one night and moving to a different hotel. It's baffling how a hotel that is essentially new could be run so poorly and be in such a disgusting state. I am both embarrassed and appalled that my 12-year-old niece is too afraid to even use the shower due to the condition of the bathroom.

This establishment desperately needs serious attention from whoever is responsible for managing it. This level of negligence is unacceptable and, quite frankly, disgraceful.

Chris at check in was super nice and efficient. Our room was exactly what we needed for a quick stay after a concert at the casino.
Robert, the general manager was very knowledgeable about the area and things going on.

The upside was that the hotel is new and it was clean. The location was good. Large fridge, microwave and hot plate and cabinets but no dishes or pots and pans in the cabinets. The downside was the amenities. No blow dryer, no ironing board/iron, no extra blanket available. It was bare bones.

Excellent hotel, I stayed 28 days. Cleanliness is excellent, helpful and pleasant staff. Each room has a kitchen, which is a great bonus for such a price. The review is real, I really think so.

Great location-close to a lot of dining choices, grocery and freeway. Very comfy beds. Good tv. Kitchenette. Nice shower, hot water and water pressure. Very nice staff.

Please avoid.

Disgusting rooms, the floor is sticky and dirty, there were a lot of hair in the bathroom; only 2 towels for a 7 days stay , no bathroom mats; however there is a kitchen in the room, you have to purchase cookware, dishware and coffeemaker separately; super loud a/c. Trash in the hallways. Not sure for what housekeepers are getting paid for.
