The BEST place to stay for Coachella! I've been coming here for the past 4 years. Claudia and Johnny remember us every time we come and they're so amazing and excited to see everyone! They have showers, bathrooms, food trucks all the time. Its great for when we come back at 3 am and they have tacos ready to make! The pool and DJ area are great too, we make sure to get our hair done at the beauty bar every time too. We love coming here, super cute area and all of your camping neighbors are great and its so fun to meet everyone! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We LOVE it here. We came here for Stagecoach 2022 and now 2024. Claudia, Johnny and all of the Rancho family go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The bathrooms/showers are always clean. There’s a food truck on site from the moment you wake up, well into the night and the food ALWAYS hits. The pool is very large with plenty of shade and great seating for the crowd. We will be back!

I went to Rancho 51 for stage coach, the staff was so kind, accommodating, and caring. Very safe campground with a nice pool, games, and fun areas to hangout!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Coachella valley.

This place is amazing to stay if going to a festival nearby! Just recently stayed here for Coachella 2023. First time going to this festival and staying here made the trip 100x better. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle this place provides.
The bathroom and restroom are clean. A huge plus is that there’s never a long line or waiting time to use either of them.
The pool is an amazing. Everything this place offer, is just wonderful.
While booking, I choose the option of the tent they provided. It is very spacious and clean when checking in. The checking in process is very smooth.
Claudia is an amazing host and no words to describe how incredible this person is! She goes above and beyond!
If you have a specific request, she will try her best to meet it.

My husband and I stayed here for the PowerTrip Festival in October 2023. We had a blast! The pool was perfect as temps were in the low 100s during the day, plus an awesome DJ played music poolside. They brought in food trucks during the day and (probably most crucially) after the concerts till 3am. There were flushing, solar toilets and showers which were cleaned everyday; and because the camping capacity was fairly low, we didn't have to wait for hours to use them. We also recommend splurging for the shuttle service as the concert venue was close, but still a bit of a trek especially in the hot, Indio weather.
If we ever come back for another festival, we are definitely staying here again!

I hesitate to write this review as I want to keep Rancho 51 the best kept secret in all of Indio! When I say I was in a desert oasis, I mean it. They have options from camping to glamping and everyone has access to the awesome and much needed pool area, make up artists, masseuse, and a little something extra wink wink. They kept us hydrated with unlimited complimentary electrolyte water and liquid IV. With the simple dial of a phone, a Cadillac Escalade arrives to pick you up and drop you off at the festival. Entering the Rancho 51 compound felt like entering through the gates of Jurassic Park, once you’re in it’s a new world, and it’s safe with security 24/7. I never had to worry about leaving my car unlocked or leaving belongings in my tent. I will admit my car battery died while I was there and the owner himself gave me a jump! Every day I woke up at my leisure and rolled myself over to the pool to relax, hydrate, swim, and groove to the live DJ. Then it was off to the clean showers and bathrooms and full-length mirrors to get the fit just right. Elevate your look with the glam team who is ready to receive you all morning and afternoon! Hungry? There is always a truck to feed you (for very reasonable purchase). The taco truck was a lifesaver after a full day at the festival and the raspado truck gave me life on those hot desert afternoons. By the end of the weekend, you will have a new little family of owners, staff, and campers. My words don’t do enough justice to Rancho 51, you have to experience it for yourself! Long story short, I will only stay at Rancho 51 from here on out! Thank you, Rancho 51, for the best experience!

Claudia and the gang at Rancho 51 were positively awesome! The accommodations were spot on, the taco truck kept my belly full, the slushy cart quenched my thirst, awesome shuttle service (thank you, Mario), the pool, the massages, Saturday morning Yoga, and the best part...it's owned by locals and not some corporation!
If ever you are in Indio for Coachella, StageCoach, PowerTrip, or just vacationing in SoCal...check out Rancho 51! Phenomenal experience and well worth it! 💯👍😉

Cannot say enough nice things about Claudia and Johnny's campground! The property is so organic and beautifully maintained. Spent 3 days and nights during Stagecoach 2022. Everyone was so "chill". The showers and bathrooms were clean as a whistle, as was the pool area. The all-day DJ was a hit! Tacos, pizza, slushies all day and even after returning from the concerts. My lady friend took advantage of the hair and makeup station and was quite happy! If I make it back to Stagecoach in the future, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else! Great people and a most excellent time was had by all. Highly recommend this facility... 10 STARS!
