I am commenting only on the casino not the resort as we did not stay. We stopped on impulse and had an enjoyable time. First, it was nice to have valet parking and we expected to pay, but it was free. There is a great variety of slot machines, including some older type non-computerized machines which I prefer. It was nice to get $20 in FreePlay as a new customer. The one thing that was disappointing is that they did not seem to be any servers or any way to get a soft drink or beverage while you were playing. That is unusual for casinos as far as I’m concerned. Would certainly stop back if in the area. The pace was quiet and it was not too crowded, which was also appreciated.

We visited for a few hours on a Thursday. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the casino once we were parked. We appreciated the different food options, plenty of places to get a drink, and variety of machines. We would come back! Only thing that was confusing was the outdoor road construction attempting to enter the casino.

Headline Entertainment.....
Very nice for concert goers, My 3rd concert at "The Show", Staff very courteous. The valet parking attendance are quick to get your vehicle. Beautiful hotel and spa.
The star rating is from a 4 to a5205 nothing in between
I only gave it a 4 because you can't get through the casino without the cigarette and cigars smell.

This used to be a wonderful casino based on the slots, staff, dining and cleanliness. I used to love coming here to eat and play. However with the advent of the unfortunate change to a smoking casino those feelings go out the door! I am heartbroken 💔. I am doubly disappointed that Rancho Mirage also allows smoking now. Allowing smoking demonstrates that higher ups do not regard the health of their employees. In my mind higher ups also do not value their employees. Do we really want to support this position? I know we can go to Cathedral City but my preference was for the other two locations. These casinos are a drive but were absolutely worth it. I wish the higher ups would consider all stakeholders and not just the smokers. I encourage the casino to find a happy compromise.

We had our Dad's "Celebration of life" in the Ballroom this week. I can't say enough about Vicky Chavez and her staff. Absolutely fantastic! I myself have been in this industry for 35 years. She didn't miss a detail. Fast and easy to plan with as well. The food was delicious! The service and presentation was perfect. Thank you Vicky and staff for your hard work. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations!

We used to go frequently to have meals and to gamble, always a fresh and clean smell when we walked in to the smoke free environment. Now everyone smokes in there. Not putting my health at risk breathing in all that poison! So so disappointing, it used to be such a classy place.

A purse got left behind, when the purse was retrieved from lost and found it was missing about $10,000 or more. A lawyer will be getting involved and whoever is responsible for this theft will be held accountable. Worst casino ive ever been to. Poker tables are a joke, if your any good they will charge you and ONLY you 10% of your winnings... worst casino EVER

Went to see ZZ Top at the casino. It is a great venue to watch a concert. No matter what seat you choose, you can see the stage. I will definitely be back to see more concerts here! I'm not much of a gambler, so I can't say anything about jackpots or winnings, but the bars are all pretty cool! The 360 bar is the best place to watch a sports event! Overall, this place is pretty great, worth the drive.
