This was a beautiful venue for our family's reunion! The event center was clean and elegant. The food was delicious and well seasoned. The staff was courteous, neat, and professional. Hats off to the chef! Would recommend them for your next event! I was too busy living in the moment to take pictures, but everything was beautiful!

I wish I could’ve shared a better picture of the food but I was pleasantly surprised and before I knew it I’d eaten half the plate. The green beans were not just beans. A speciality that I intend on stealing from the business. It’sdecorated so beautifully for my moms class reunion. Great job staff. Friendly, courteous and attentive. I had a time

Our family reunion dinner was at Pensacola Improv and everything was absolutely beautiful! The staff were pleasant, prepared, and professional . The food was delicious, seasoned well, and beautifully stationed ! The Improv is sooo gorgeously laid out and the lighting is beautiful!! I’m grateful we had this experience!!!

The place is very spacious and beautiful. I got the package with food and decorations. The food was amazing. The fried fish was well seasoned. ❤ The people we're really nice. I would definitely look into booking this place. My family had a good time. I want to thank the staff for a wonderful job.

Nice venue. Black owned. Not always good customer service. But, beware. If you decide you want to book this place. Make it an adult only event. This owners do not like for children to be busy around the venue. The Owner does not like for the children to play with balloons, which they did not throw around. He doesn’t like for them to make noise or seem rowdy. The owner would rather talk to a child and tell them to sit down, instead of talking to an adult. They do not respond to voicemails, called multiple times and finally got someone to answer, just to view the venue one last time before the event. Also, I felt belittled because I didn’t want to pay over 2k for decorations for a simple event for family and friends. The place got very hot and asked about the air a couple of times. I’d rather book with someone other than my own race.

My company recently hosted a training event at the Pensacola Improv Event Center. After giving seminars domestically and internationally for over 20 years, this is one of the best establishments I've encountered so far! The owner, Douglas Baldwin Sr., went above and beyond to make sure my group and I were completely happy. His staff were also super nice and accommodating. They paid attention to details (rare in this industry) which made the decor, ambiance and emotional satisfaction top notch.

Mr doug is the best! My wedding was beautiful everything was on point and Mr doug and his crew made sure I was going to be happy and must I say I'm the happiest wife ever. If u need to book a wedding,party or anything book with Mr doug at the pensacola improv center I promise you will not be disappointed. Love The Davison's
