What a spectacular stay! This was an amazing resort - with brilliant staff and service. Jenny set the tone immediately, as she checked us in and provided such a wonderful start to the trip. But everyone we encountered went out of their way to be friendly, and ensure we had a fabulous stay. The grounds, room, and pool areas were all so wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted from a relaxing celebratory vacation week. We usually go the route of rental homes when in this area, but we are so glad we tried something new this time. Will absolutely be back! Thanks Jenny, and everyone at the resort who helped make it such a fantastic time. Don't hesitate to book this gem of resort!

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort. Here's why:

Arrival: I wasn't quite sure what to do when we drove up to the lobby entrance, so I asked the valet. The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful and patient.

Check-in: we checked in around 6pm and it was quick and easy. The gentleman that helped me was great at explaining everything. We also appreciated Nicki for the truly amazing service when my wife checked into another reservation the following day. They made our son feel extra special.

The room: we were grateful for a complementary upgrade and loved how spacious it was. It will be a memory we will never forget.

The resort: it's easy to get lost within the pool area, but that's a good thing because that's exactly what you want when you're having fun at this place. We didn't get a chance to use the spa area or golf, but hope to be back someday. The gym was well equipped. I am a fan of the Hyatt and peloton partnership to earn a little more points by exercising for a short time. There are lots of activities for kids and adults; too many to list. The grounds are well kept and very safe.

Breakfast: we enjoyed our free breakfast for being Globalists. On the weekends there's a breakfast buffet that is very good with a huge variety that includes made to order omelets. During the weekdays there's a menu to order from, which is basically the same food from the weekend breakfast buffet but in a different format. I preferred the weekend breakfast buffet because the weekday menu wasn't very substantial. I also enjoyed the weekend breakfast crew the most too. Our favorite server was Cassandra because she always had a pleasant smile and great attitude; a wonderful example of a well run restaurant.

Communication with the hotel: I really enjoyed being about to text the number on the card key to ask for information. They were extremely responsive and professional.

Check-out: quick and easy without any hassle.

First time staying here and the service was just incredible. A member of our party came down with food poisoning during the stay and everyone was so accommodating (bringing us electrolytes, ginger ale, toast etc) and kind. Melissa G., the restaurant GM, went above and beyond. We stayed in one of the villas and it was MASSIVE - so clean, modern amenities, thoughtful touches. Tons of pool space for whatever your vibe is - we loved the pickleball courts too! 10/10 stay.

This hotel is truly a resort with its' numerous amenities. The pool area is immense; we had a cabana for the day and it was fantastic and well-appointed. Besides the many pools, we had a relaxed stroll in the 'lazy river" and went down the amazing water slide!!! The staff around the pool was very friendly yet extremely efficient, and anticipated our needs perfectly. We had a fabulous lunch in their restaurant and the diverse menu provided many great choices: everything was delicious and well-prepared. The front desk and front door staff was extremely attentive and professional. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could!

Great resort. The water park is a big hit for kids. There are multiple pools and two slides for different age groups. The lazy river is nice too though the water feels slightly cooler during Christmas. The pool area is well run, with lifeguard on duty and service staff cleaning up chairs etc. I didn't find an outdoor hot tub though.

There are water stations where you can get water refill with cold ambient hot and very hot water.

The breakfast was at Tia Carmen and they offer a buffet with good quality and variety. The cafe staff were nice and attentive. The breakfast is not cheap and they add 15% tip and 4% misc fee automatically for me. The breakfast menu doesn't seem to change during the stay. There's a sandwich place in the lobby as well.

Minor downsides: It could be a walk from front desk to the rooms. In the room the shower takes a bit time to get hot water. The resort is large and not walkable to anything, and folks in the area drive with lead foot on throttle...

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the rooms. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring my stay was comfortable.

The room itself was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom that exceeded my expectations. It was clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

We had an extraordinary stay at the Hyatt Indian Wells! We were upgraded to a penthouse suite for my daughter’s birthday and arrived to find a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us—such a thoughtful touch. The Globalist breakfast was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. The only hiccup was being given the wrong Sunday slide hours, which was a bit of a bummer, but overall, it was an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back to race down the slide again! 🎉🏖️✨

Love this resort! It’s the only place we stay when we’re in the Palm Springs area. The resort grounds are beautiful with many walking paths. Newly renovated rooms are wonderful and spacious. Resort amenities are fantastic - bike rentals, tennis, numerous pools, water slide, lazy river, walking paths, etc. Resort is also pet friendly which is a must for me! Highly recommend this resort!
